Guys i need some help. I've been training for 3 years, only compound exercises.
I'm an ectomorph and i have a ****in fast metabolism. I eat approx 3000cals / day and i managed to gain 13 pounds in 3 years.
Im 22 and 132 pounds.
It's there a substance or herb who can lower my metabolism ?
Should i eat 3 big meals or 6 smaller meals thoughout the day ?
