I have used PH before (Decabolen 2 cycles and H-drol 1X) and have researched the Ultradrol. I did fine on the other cycles. I am a noob when it comes to logging. If I leave anything important off, let me know. If I am making any mistakes that you can tell, PLEASE let me know as well.
INFO:
Male
Age=42!
Ht = 6'1"
Wt = 215
BF% = not sure but estimate 18-20% - I know that is a little excessive. My goal for this is to reduce the BF% and make a net gain of 10 lbs.
A goal is also strength increase of 15-20%
THE PLAN:
5 day split workout. upper body twice a week and legs blasted once.
I will do cardio 4X a week (treadmill 15-20 min) I know BB usually soes not want to do cardio, but i have to get the BF% down.
Will post before and efter pics once I get enough posts.
DIET:
Basically 3,000 calories/day consisting of eggs, brown rice, lean ground turkey, tuna, grilled chicken, protien shakes. I am shooting for 350-400g protien/day
THE CYCLE:
4 week cycle of Ultradrol (8/12/12/12)
Anyone think a 6 week cycle is crazy? (Probably) I am sticking with 4.
Will run in addition Milk thistle for liver, creatine, amino acids, Jack 3D (pre-workout)

Clomid 3 weeks
10/10/10
Natty test boost, reservitol
Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
