Well guys hit the arms yesterday. The pump was insane. I used maxamize v2, Sns Arginine E2 matrix, EndoSurge preworkout


Standing ez bar curl. 65x10 75x10 85x10

Hammer curls 45's x 10 all three sets

Cable reverse curls 80x10, 90x12, 110x 10

Single arm reverse tri pulldowns 60x 10 all three sets.

Reg grip straight bar tri pulldowns 110x 10, 120x10, 140x10

Single arm pulldowns just on cable no rope or bar ( concentrating on full extension and pause) 40 x 10 three sets

Finished my workout on a bicep machine. Stared at 100x10, 90x8, 80x6 70x 4 60x 3 no rest in between sets.


Felt like my arms were going to explode. Sweat was out of control as it always is when inuse my maxamize preworkout.

Libido is still up. Sleep still amazing. Haven't had the dreams in awhile still but that's fine as I'm sleeping through the night not even waking to pee.

Still sweating a lot 30 mins after dosing combustion. Last about an hour sometimes longer.

Well another great night of sleep. I woke up only once to use the restroom and that was at like 4:30 am. I deiced to take my first dose of the day early and then went back to sleep. I knocked out dreams at this point became very very vivid.

Tonight I will be hitting legs. As we all know from my last leg day is that I just started hitting them again and they super weak.

What do you guys think should I just doglegs press, extensions, curls things like this until i get some strength back or just go ahead and do squats with the very lightweight I can do right now ?

nice review! I have lost some fat it seems, oddly in my shoulders. But I know what you mean, my strength has not really progressed anymore than it would've I think.
