Weight: 170 Height:6' BF: about 8% dedicated lifter ive been seriously lifting for 2 years and have used a ph called cyclo bolan about a year ago i got decent gains but i didnt know anything of nutrition back then. Ive been free of ph's only using a pre workout called n'sane and protein since my first cycle. i train hard with 1 or 2 rest days a week also i do cardio 4 times (hitting the punching bags for about 30min letting my heart rate go down between rounds (5). I recently orderd halotest-25, with the POST CYLE, NO-estrogen, and Liver guardian. I would appreciate any sugestions.
DIET:
morning: 4 egg whites, throw in spinach and turkey breast.
mid morning: peanut butter on one slice of weat bread, rasberries.
post workout shake
lunch: chicken breast(s), veggies
dinner: " "
before sleep shake
i will eat more when on my cycle suggestions?
