Ya that is the way I left the movie too. I expected to really love it, but I just liked it.

Anyway I decided not to go camping. Figured I would miss 2 workouts and that wasnt acceptable especially for what was planned. Which would be drinking with no chance of getting laid.

So I was told today I have 2 dates for the wedding lol. I guess it is expected I was going to bring one :whiner:

Haha the 2 dates thing is a joke. Both their boyfriends will be groomsmen in the wedding. Like I said I was told I had 2 dates.

Just got done doing the impossible. Moved a full sized pool table around a corner and upstairs. It was me, my friend Michael, and his fiancee Candance "Tiny Arms."

Ya just wasnt a good enough reason to screw up my workouts and diet. I figure next Saturday will be a better reason. Plus being out on the lake might see some girls. Then next weekend wedding(hoping open bar :fingersx:) Follow that up with my friend finally turning 21 the following weekend.

Worked out at the gym today. Kind of worked out with my friend Matt. Did not use Wyked today. Friday I went and got C4 by Cellucor. Got 2 bottles for $42 so it was hard to say no. I really liked creatine nitrate with Mesomorph so it was worth a shot.

Workout

4 sets of leg press

4 sets of seated leg curls

3 sets of squats

4 sets of leg extensions

Legs were PUMPED today. Even noticed some extra seperation in my calfs today. Hamstring seem to be getting more solid while quads feel like they are getting bigger. Overall I look leaner in a good way.
Damn dude if I did that workout i wouldnt be walking the next day haha i need to hit my legs more lol good to see your still hittin it hard

Oh and then about an hour later I was in spin class. I conviently sat behind this hot woman with bike shorts on :sgrin:

Why not some real hamstring lifts, like Glute Hamstring Raises, Good Mornings, or SLDL? Lokks very quad heavy other than the curls?

I know man they are the ones I want to do but damn they take too long. Next leg workout SLDL or else.

Oh ya going to try 610 for deadlifts tomorrow. Maybe more depending on how 585 feels.

Mario is leaving for the rest of the week on Wednesday. Should be able to still get a work out in with him that day. Talked to my friend Chris who just had his wisdom teeth yanked out and he said he might be up for a workout Thursday before he goes to spend time with his gf and her fam.

Oh ya I sweat like CRAZY today. I thought I was sweating a lot in the gym while doing legs. But I was drenched after spin class. It did seem like the gym was warmer than usual today.

Yes spin class or any other type of cardio is much easier and more enjoyable with a couple hotties in ur way haha

The only thing I'll ever be able to try at 610 is an early dinner.
Lol well it isnt like I got it. Thinking it might be a good idea to keep deadlifts to every other back/chest workout. Plus make it so legs comes after back/chest.

Deadlifts didnt get a good burst off the ground with 610.

Wide grip lat pull downs front superset with behind the neck 4 sets

4 sets of T-bar rows. These felt great really dialed in the form.

Incline bb 20,10,5,3 and then 5 sets of 1-2

Incline fly machine 4 sets

Dip machine leaning forward 4 sets

Was hoping to get an earlyish workout in and then feast around lunch time but that didnt work out. Turned my car in for an oil change and that took them a while. Plus Mario is flying out to Texas today. His mom was nice enough to pick me up and drive me to get my car. But damn I thought I was going to die in that truck lol.

Im thinking liquor. Will definitely take SoCo and Diet Sierra Mist into consideration. SoCo seems to mix well with many things so that will be good. Honestly for beer I will probably just pick up an $8 12 pack of Natty Light to play drinking games with lol.

You'll love the New Castle if you like Brown Ale.. I agree I'm not a fan of Pale Ale either. Something about New Castle but it's just so different than any other beer I've had.

I ended up drinking a New Castle with my dinner Thursday night. Was pretty good will probably get it again not too bad of a price.

Well I ended up only doing shoulders on Thursday. Was a pretty good workout. Didnt do anything too special but got the job done. Dont recall any kind of crazy pump but my shoulders were definitely sore the next day. Was hard to get up in the morning because I wanted to sleep more lol.

Friday was arms... DAMN Idk what it was but I looked like I was on cycle. Had a serious full body pump even my upper chest which I have noticed seems to swell up on cycle. Even this guy asked me today and it isnt like it is the first time talking to him so it could have came up before. Really felt like I was on some serious stuff. Wont reveal what I mixed together untill I do some more testing though :veryhappy: Some serious changes are occuring in here. Finished the workout with a 405 rep out on deadlifts 15 reps.

Went and saw the Hangover Part II tonight. Damn go see that movie. I promise you will laugh. Some messed up stuff in it, but that is expected lol.


If I can I plan on going to the gym and hitting chest and back before we leave for the lake. Dont like missing workouts.

Thanks man it is a nice start. I think I will do back first from now on. Seemed to really work well today. Was so hungry since I hadnt ate for 21 hours at that point lol. Yup baked beans. Didnt have too many since they were added last and I was stuffed.



Dont rush it too fast man especially after cutting so much weight. This coming from me is funny I know lol. Good luck with 500.

Idk it is definitely a possibility. I really want to drop some weight and get looking right. Will be harder to do if Im fighting for 700. Doesnt mean I wont try.

Well turns out my friend wont be coming into town this weekend. Wish she had told me sooner but oh well. Might try to go camping with some friends tomorrow now but Idk how well that will workout.

Lol my bad Im not on cycle yet. Was just a damn good combo of supps. I did just win a few promos though. Free Test by AppNut for a log. I can pick either Focus XT or Agmatine by SNS. Honestly Id rather take the Agmatine but that requires a log where as Focus XT is just a review. But Focus XT would be handy since I start class on Wednesday.

I'm guessing some roid infused Kimchi, in which case I want some.
Now that would be some crazy stuff. Might have more big Asians then :rofl:

Ok havent hit the gym the past few days but I will be back at it tomorrow. Will either be legs or shoulders/arms. Not sure if I will be lifting with anyone or not. Havent talked to Mario so Idk if he is back. Talked to my friend Chris about lifting shoulders and arms.

I am going to start my AppNut log tomorrow. The fun will include Free Test, HGHUP, Lit Up, Neovar Recomp, RPM, and Lipotrophin PM.

After I finish that log my next one will probably be some kind of DS.

I have tried some of the supps but never together. Ran an HGHUP log when it first came out(thank you). Took Neovar for awhile. Take Lipotrophin PM pretty regularly. The rest will be new to me.

I really hope my libido doesnt go too crazy. Right now it is already raging pretty hard. Wouldnt mind a nice boost in ego from feeling like I was dipped in the River Styx.
