Hey bros, I was just wanting to get some review on my upcoming cycle to see if I'm missing anything. This will be my first PH and I'm just making sure I have everything covered. (Staples such as protein powder, BCAA's, Cissus, fish oil, etc aren't listed).
Age: 21
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 194
BF: 8.9%
Goal: Recomposition
Helladrol: 50/75/75/75/100/100
Cycle Support
Taurine

Green Tea

My specific questions are:
Am I missing anything?
Macronutrient wise, what is the best guidelines for numbers (P/C/F) to aim for with a recomposition goal in mind, or even a lean bulk?
When are the optimal times to dose the Helladrol and the Taurine?
Should the TestoPro start on the first day of the PCT, or at the beginning of week 3...I've seen both suggested.
I also have a bottle of Erase that I picked up for $10. I'm assuming save it for a later date, or would it have a place in the PCT?
