Day 6

I started training off with 1.5 hours of boxing and sparring, followed by an hour of grappling non-stand-up, followed by5 rounds of MMA sparring. I then did an intense circuit training with LOTS of cleans and jerks. I then did 5 40 yrd sprints. I am now going to rest till Monday with lots of food hehe.

Notes: I took one cap before lifting circuit and wow talk about muscular endurance along a GREAT mood boost. Hunger is still high, thirst is crazy high. Def looking overall leaner/more vascular while eating sloppy at times. I was a bit surprised at the poor performance of Phil Davis. I know he is not a Jon Jones, but I expected him to be better than what he showed.

Fenugreek makes my pee smell like syrup too. Anyone else?
Absolutely. I like fenugreek though, it's a sneaky good little sex drive booster. Cheap as dirt, too.

Good stuff Andrew, keep it coming!

No that would be my androstenone which makes my sparring partners always tell me, please go light, its hilarious every session I hear the same comment. I never go crazy either. I actually got a kicked out a gym recently for looking "mean and wild" funny but at the same time it sucked because I had to find myself another gym. Hopefully, I will move into another MMA facility that has it all..

My brother tells me something to that nature, he goes to me, you should come up with your own pheromone called andrewnone LOL. Yeah and it was by a phone call not in person that they kicked me out LOL. I was pissed cuz I was going to do a heavy session the next day, you know what is the messed up part, I NEVER be rude or stare at people, I always mind my own business and try to keep my grunts to a low volume out of consideration. I think the reason why I was disliked by the people running the place was the fact that I am VERY non-personable, I do my own thing and do not talk to people because I am all about getting my stuff done. I remember reading a study where hotel owners would tell their employees to comment on everything they notice with clients, good or bad, so that they feel a part of your world and become brand loyal clients. I notice this especially with women, when I was in college, all the women would go to me very timidly and ask why did I not interact with others. I would simply say, lets interact, and after a few minutes of mindless talk, I would tell them you see we just sat here and talked about nothing for at least 5 minutes, they would storm off LMAO.

If you guys want I could write some of the observations I have come across through life that are rather disturbing but true.

...Androsterocha?
lol

as for the disturbing life facts i would love to hear what you have to say as you have taught me so much from all these pheromones and behaviors and im very intrigued by the whole thing.

That social trait comes from Androstenol more than other mone, which is a derivate of both LH and estrogen, also assoicated with Serotonin and GABA. Guys with high testosterone can be social for status purpose. If his testosterone exceeds normal levels than yes he becomes anti-social and non social. Anti social really means that you don't go with the flow so to speak which always been my case since high school. Does not get you too far unless you are great athlete or open your own business.

Most males are more social out from the house because of their inner competition and something to prove sort of a deal. Well the more testosterone with the more estrogen, the more likely you are to produce androstenol from aromatization. There was a study that showed men with lower levels of serotonin but high testosterone made people uncomfortable, hence my personality. You are man of more charismatic traits, realize that this can also be from the experiences you encountered growing up.

Day 7
Rest day

I noticed after the second time of dosing my body got real hot even my ears LOL. Been in a good mood throughout the whole day, I got some increased blood pressure on my last dose which is from probably being in-active along some chest tightness. Body feels ready to go for Monday but I still will enjoy my Sunday and relax.

HAHA well put bro

Day 8

I began training with sleigh drag sprints, tire flips, hammering of tires, ladder drills, rope drills. Then I went straight to muay thai pad work for about 30 minutes. Then sparred muay thai for 35minutes. I then went straight to grappling drills for an hour. Drank quite a bit of water with BCAA's, then went into wrestling and judo for an hour. Then I did grappling from stand up for about an hour. Another small break with a banana and water. Then I did 15 rounds of 5 minutes MMA sparring with no grappling. Went into the gym and did circuit training involving compound lifts, core work, lots of calisthenics. I drank lots of water and am still drinking water.

Notes: Thirst is still brutally up, my chest definitely looks fuller and bigger. My strength is climbing and I could tell when I sprawled and when I lifted, weights def feel lighter. Muscular endurance is up, mood was great today, very motivated throughout the whole day. Sweating profusely still, body temp is up as well. Recover is up as well which is much appreciated.

My diet consisted of lots of fats, 5 bananas, chicken breasts, Albacore tuna, greens, sprouted grain bread, quinoa oats, brown rice, pinto beans, lots of nuts which also fats LOL, and plenty of water.

HAHA roger that
Day 9

Today I started my training with an early session of jiu-jitsu, later on I did 1.5 hours of boxing with sparring, then I then did grappling for 1.5 hours. I took a small break and then did lots of wrestling, I am becoming very refined in this department which is very appealing to MMA, thus making me very pleased. I also did core work along lots of agility drills, followed by bag work.

Notes: Still sweating like a monster, I had to change my shirt numerous times. I also still am thirsty all the time. I got some serious ab pumps LMAO, looking very defined as of late. Eating more and losing fat what more can you ask for. Also filling out a bit. I am noticing more drive along GREAT mood. I also am starting to get a rise in blood pressure...

I ate plenty today so far including 2 large pizza pies.

Actually he is probably mid training right now lol
HAHHA I just came back from lifting and then was extrememly hungry and HAD to eat.
Day 10

Today I started training with muay thai sparring which was 35 5 minute rounds. Then I went straight into boxing sparring for another 1 hour. I took a small break with BCAA's, Gear, and water. I then did jiu-jitsu drills for an hour. I then went into wrestling from partner to partner for about 45 minutes. Took a small break with hydro whey and banana. I then went into MMA sparring foru 1 hour. I finished the day with intense circuit training including compound lifts.

Notes: I am definitely noticing lots of muscle pumps and strength is starting to rise, especially leg strength. I sweating like a hog in the sun, and thirst is brutal. I also noticed that if I don't drink enough water during a session, I get light headed which tells me this stuff must be enhancing nitrogen retention. My bp is still up and my diet was much cleaner today. My motivation was very good and my mood was simply amazing. My arms are starting to fill out, I got to get pics because this stuff really works.

Huge....

How did you put down 5 bananas in one day?
Yea pizza has a lot of salt LOL. I take the bananas increments, plus its probably the BEST food source for dopamine, dopamine is a testosterone agonist as well as a learning behavior catalyst, enhances reaction time, and it increases coordination which is crucial for an athlete of any kind. I love them for some reason LOL.
