I don't reside in WinterHaven at the moment which is in central Fl, the Berto's have their own MMA/boxing gym there.Winter Haven is not south Florida. I was born and raised in Miami, which today could be called south America.
I will do it for some days, since there is a lot of food I eat, and I am so tired at times to recall and post all of it LMAOAndrew you can post your meal plan?
Thats a solid list of foods you got there. And that training session sounds brutal!Day 3
Today's training started off with tire throws, 800 lbs tire flips, sleight dragging of 40 yrds, and 5 sprints of 50 yrds that had to be under 5 seconds. Then I did 1 hour of pure BJJ from stand-up of course. Followed by 1 hour of Muay thai techniques and drills. Then I did 1.5 hours of boxing drills/ some sparring. I then did a 1.5 hours of judo and wrestling. I then finished the MMA session with 5 rounds of 5 minutes MMA sparring with takedowns but no ground work to build cardio.
I then did lifting which consisted of squats, bench, dips and pull-ups with weights, dot drills, core/sit-ups with weights, band work, cable MMA drills, and some other simple stuff.
Notes: Today again a nice laid back up lifting mood but during training I noticed I was more aggressive, like that focused aggression. It carried on through lifting as well because I had tunnel vision which is a mode in which I don't want to talk no-one but want to do what must be done. I was sweating profusely throughout the whole day, felt bad for my trainers when they had to make contact with me LMAO. Hunger is definitely up still, along constant thirst. The only complaint that I have with this supp is during lifting the pumps are so painful, that I have to slow down my circut so that my pumps go down and that I may be able to continue to train. I have also noticed that lower leg kicks are not hurting as much which must mean the legs are getting firmer which is always nice. Weights felt lighter which is sweet, the glycogen retaining properties do all that a GDA does but more.
Mind you for the foods you will see some were taken at intervals
Pretraining meal: 2 oz of oats, 2 bananas with 5 tbsp of almond butter, 5 whole eggs, 2 oz of spinach with EVOO and EVCO, 2 slices of sprouted grain bread with an oz of turkey breast, 1 cup of quinoa oats with 3/4 cup of almond milk, green apple with tortilla chips, plenty of water.
Some whey protein with glucose polymers in between training sessions
Post training meals ( I get a little sloppy since there is no training afterward hehe)
3 cups of brown rice with 2 oz of frijoles, 2 chicken breasts, 2 oz of spinach, 2 oz of broccoli, tortilla chips with cape cod chips, 4 gourmet chocolate chip cookies with Alden's Chocolate Ice cream, 1 banana with 4 tbsp of powerbutter, turkey burger with pita and organic greens, cheerios with organic skim milk, chocolate scones with some ice-cream, 1 green apple with some almonds, soon will have me some whole mill grain organic pancakes with some agave syrup and a poop load of water.
You sir can eat some foodDay 3

I eat so that I can train, its my way of seeing " I lift things and put them down" haha. I had great sleep that is all I know LOL.Ice cream...I hate you. LOL.
That's a brutal circuit of training you put yourself through bro. Love it!
Others have also mention raised body temps and profuse sweating, not super common with insulin or insulin mimicers I've used in the past....Has this been confirmed? My log will be popping up in the near future but I haven't read this for sure. Some of the reviews suggest that would be the case but one also said "increase in sex drive" so I second guessed my first thoughts.
I am in. Keen to see how this works for you.
Andrew, you are like a machine... thats a solid diet plan you got there.. it sure made me hungry just reading about itDay 3

I think bananas have a ton of dextrose (d-glucose)...if i remember right. Maybe thats why you crave them!Day 4
I started off training with an 1.5 hours of boxing, I then went on to do wrestling techniques for an hour, I then did 10 rounds of MMA sparring with ground work included, followed by jiu-jitsu techniques. The I did 5 400 meter sprints. I then did a light circuit training which entailed a lot of core work.
I ate a lot, and to be arse and rub in people's faces. I ate a half apple pie hehe
Notes: Still really thirsty, I woke up absolutely dry mouthed. I needed to up my water intake big time today and am still drinking water. I am starting to really notice leaning effect especially on my abs. I have a tendency to look at my testicles a lot because they amuse me lol, and I have been blessed to have full ones so to speak. I noticed today even after training, they seemed a tad fuller than normal. Hunger is still up, for some reason I been craving bananas as a choice of a snack. I wonder how many mgs of potassium per banana because I don't want to have heart complications? LOL
Yes its great being young...i skipped a cardio session but i see you made up for it bro. those days are brutal. good to be young
I see you are not fund of intense cardio LOLI think bananas have a ton of dextrose (d-glucose)...if i remember right. Maybe thats why you crave them!

Does anyone smell like maple syrup? If I had to guess I would say there is some form of fenugreek /4-oh in there. Anabolic but not androgenic, insulin, it all reeks of fenugreek.
Good questionDoes anyone smell like maple syrup?
ha two triples?Day 5
Today was mainly bag work with lots of grappling, a short day due to some circumstances. I felt great, energy was noticeable, had solid drive as well. Mood was great and had a carefree attitude which is nice.
Notes: Still ridiculously thirsty, my trainer said I look fuller this week... I seem to be eating more calories easier, and am having real restful sleep. I ate a lot of junk food hehe today, due to the fact that this week was easy. I had me 2 triples from wendy's so yeah you know I ate like crap LMAO.
