I first want to say thanks to iForce for giving me the opportunity to log this. It's been getting some great reviews, and I'm looking foward to running this product

Current Diet:
5:30 AM - Whey shake
7:30 AM - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 15 almonds, whey shake
9:00 AM - 7 oz chicken, 1 cup of baby spinach
11:00 AM - Met-Rx Protein plus bar
12:30 PM - 7 oz chicken, 1 cup of baby spinach
2:00 PM - 7 oz chicken, 1 cup of baby spinach
3:00 PM - Met-Rx Protein plus bar
3:30 PM - Pre WO Shake(7g Arginine, waxy maize, 200 mg caffeine, glutamine)
5:30 PM - Post WO Shake w/waxy maize and gluatmine
7:30 PM - 8 egg whites
9:30 PM - Casein shake and tablespoon of natty peanut butter
This is about 300g protein, 50g fat, and 150 carbs. I typicall cycle between 90 and 150 carbs throughout the week.
