today is day # 4 on tren ace

.75 ml....... 75mg

right quad no pain


only side effect??

i think im starting to turn green ;)


seems soon but i am having a carb load day. have some ezekial bread, some gluten free whole grain pancakes and some mini wheats all lined up for today lol....

weight is at 245.... the tren is really shedding fat. i can tell protein synthesis is up because im taking in about 1 gallon extra of water (to maintain low bp) and about 75 more grams of protein daily... maybe 50 but yesterday was 75g more than last week.

my gut is starting to go away. chest flab is really disappearing too... legs are tightening up. nice f**king feeling.



when im old i want to be hooked to a machine delivering daily shots of tren LMAO

then i can be a bad ass like chuck norris lmao :lol:

Get legs out of the way while you feel good. And I'm never a fan of my legs/back workouts being on consecutive days (because I like to fry my lower back).

I think the weiner sides are a little over blown. Definately a problem if you arent runnin test but I never had a problem since i was. I even ran the tren higher than my test for a while with no sexual disfunction

Legs, chest, back.

Get legs out of the way while you feel good. And I'm never a fan of my legs/back workouts being on consecutive days (because I like to fry my lower back).
this is what im doing. me and my girl are hittin up some legs tonight, chest tomorrow and back wednesday. then she's got zumba and ive got my cardio ishhh

well bish i just ate but i stepped on the scale anyway it says 248... i got a little thirsty too late last night i think maybe im holding some water plus the 6 eggs i just ate....

this machine is a LOT harder then the standard. I can normally get to 200 lbs for my last set, and even more on a couple of the other machines but this plate loaded isolation exercise is where its at... got a nice pump in my hams, had to stretch then i was still walking funny

ALWAYS, ALWAYS ASPIRATE.......

Ok so the vets all know this, as should the newbs, but you are taking a chance hitting a vein if you don't aspirate. I was prepping my shot as I was typing out my update on here and I threw the pin in my right quad. REAL close to my sweet spot, and no pain. I drew the plunger back and thank GOD i waited just another second then I usually do cuz a couple of bubbles of blood rushed into the barrel....

There must have been maybe .1 ml that actually made it in, because I started having this tight tight chest and having a hard time breathing. I thought I was ****ed, but I remember reading on another board that the feeling passes, and it could have been that I just freaked myself out because im fine now. Hit the other quad up, cleaned up and went on my way.

MAKE SURE YOU ASPIRATE EACH AND EVERY TIME. IF YOU DONT YOU ARE BEING CARELESS, not to offend but if experiences like mine don't convince you how important it is, then you need to re evaluate wether you need to be doing what you're doing. Be safe bros.

Im not sure what Epi is I cant find it, I think its an american thing, I dont know if Id be able to get it in england, can anybody suggest an alternative?

I think the same with helios, never heard of it. I can get Clenbuterol though.

Yeah I always aspirate thats the only time ive hit a main line bro im not gonna lie it was some scary ****. I mean im physically fine but had I NOT aspirated my health would be compromised.

John Brinks... Not running Epi on this cycle. Also not adding proviron. I am aware of what it does but I really don't have the ends to be adding another compound. I am seeing nice results from keto/t3/tren.. I AM gonna run a little bit of helios so it should help a little bit to. Im thinking it will help more when i have dropped a little bit more fat

its really to add intensity to my workout, and to maintain higher time under tension after going down low on some squats.

That happened to me on saturday bro, I feel you there. I was as stressed as a MF!! Pin hole bled for ages aswell all down my trousers. :cussing:. Nightmare.
yeah it was a first and it was very scary lol. no biggie now that its passed but i thought i was gonna get that drowning feeling lol

sitting usually... i use different equipment. Always change that up and it works for me. i sometimes like to use the leg press and just hammer out reps on that for my calfs

Word, my xp with a leg press is pretty novice, still aint got no gym pass Fnck! You ever do them in the smith machine ? I like to take some concrete weights ( cuz they so fat and tall ) and put them about 8 inches apart from each other and stand on them in the smith machine leaving about half of my foot to hang and then hammer out, bringing my heel down to the floor and then raising at full peak off of the weights

i have honestly never done them on a smith machine. if i do em standing, which is rare ill just do em in the squat rack with a warm up set weight for squats

yeah...

i could have put up more weight last night but my joints were saying no

they were screaming NO! in fact lol

every set had me grunting..... throwin weight around......

had about 10 people for an audience last night and this dude came up to me and he's like "i wanna know your routine" and i said "i just listen to my body and eat right" and handed him my NTBM rep card with a discount code on it and told him id see him around lol

so i havent been very successful with cardio in the last few days lol....

guess the ace is killing it already. i do heavy weight and am winded for a few minutes. those leg press sets were killer the other night.

got some albuterol coming for cardio... plus more t3... gonna be switching over to helios when i run out of my current stash of t3 and gonna run that for 2 weeks then back to t3 and so forth... ill see what i like more.

no lack of energy or change in libido. aggression in the gym is thru the roof but the mucuna pruriens? (sp) is keeping my mood stable. I think it may also have to do with the fact that I am pinning ed and not eod.

next week after my next carb load is gonna be insane. i think the tren will be doing more work by then ;)

my chest, shoulders and tris are fried today. jello. feels good man

nah man first thing in the morning bam pin, good to go

only thing this morning i was running late so i didnt get a solid breakfast


had to settle for making a shake to the necessary macros

2.8 scoops wtbm = roughly 60g protein, 240 cals
2 cups almond milk, 2g protein, 7g fat, roughly 80 cals
1.5 tbsp evoo in the shake for fat... 18g of fat.. however many cals that is my brain is fried

point is im eating about 30-40g fat for every 60-70g protein
