I'm not sure how to even really go about weight loss, I need help!
To start off I am 6'0", 204 pounds right now.
I've been working out for about 3-4 weeks now, I go to the gym and do vigorous weight training 5 days a week for 30 minutes, and then run for 10 minutes afterwords. About 2 weeks in I lost a total of about 20 pounds just from starting to eat healthy and trying to get fit.
This past week made me kind of sad though in a whole week I didn't lose a pound, I'm using a program on my phone called Lose it! I have it set up for my diet, I take in about 1,000 net calories a day (My calories minus how much I work out in a day) It says I need to eat 1,800 net calories to lose 2 pounds a week.
So technically looking at my calories I take in compared to how much I need to stay at my weight I should have lost 4 pounds this week! I eat healthy, I don't have a set diet plan but I make sure to take in something ever 2-3 hours, and I have a very very low fat intake, my carb intake is not low, but not that high at all!
Can someone help me?
