I have been following the 6 a day, 2 with each meal (or as close to it), Ghenerate either first thing in the AM, or immediately before workout, and then always before bed. The Ghenerate I know I deviated from the recommended, but I just cant avoid carbs the way I need to, so I try and shoot for which ever is the lightest. No surreal dreams, etc, no "super sleep" that makes up for not going to bed on time like some people report. However, I seem to be healing a bit faster in terms of bruising, hyper extensions, etc. I dont know if this is placebo or not.
I lift typically 3 times a week, 2 of cardio/jiujitsu. Not perfect again, but it seems to work pretty well.
My experience is limited to basic supps, two cycles of epi, from a 2 years ago. Its not epistane, but as I have realized more what I want my body to be and do, long term, I am more and more interested in a "natural" supplements... I just am realizing that most are not worth the money... Natadrol gets a good mark in my book for my "recomp" (not really a cut). I am interested to see how this product will perform with less cardio and a +calorie diet.
All the talk of prostate problems is scary though, as well as hair loss.. I am almost 29, no problems in anyway, I sure hope not to create any!
