Well the only way for the lower back to heal is to just give it rest so i'm probably not going to deadlift for awhile....maybe a year or so.get those injuries fixed and if you wanna bump up the dose, do it
As for the knee it was feeling better today so i just need to stay away from running and db lunges.
I'll play the 50mg dose by ear....we'll see how i'm feeling with sides and everything.
