*I may bump the Phera up to 45mg after week one depending on how it's treating me.
1 WEEK PRIOR TO CYCLE
I have preloaded 2 full servings of CEL Cycle Assist and 5g of Taurine each day.

Max-OT. 4-5day splits, hard+heavy, and no cardio.
