1st Cycle- Hdrol

Ok guys, hopefully with your suggestions I can get this thing "drawn" up. Heres what i got so far: If you dont mind im going to break it down then put it all together and start from there.

Stats:
24 Years Old
6ft 3
235 Lbs
Have been working out for a couple years now, 1 year with a trainer.. ( A year ago.. who i do not trust now after having started doing research into all this..) Suggested i take oxyguno and i did so, without even knowing what it was .. just thought of it as creatine and took the whole bottle at suggested dosages.. Needless to say.. was retarded.) But now i know better ;).

Preload Week-
Cycle Support- 7+ days before starting..
I was reading the ingredients on this... Other than the ease of taking everything at once.. is it cheaper to just buy all the supplements and liver/bp support (hawthorn berry, saw palmetto etc etc? that are in the cycle support?) Suggestions would be great!

On-
Probably CEL Hdrol.. unless i can find a brand that has more than 25mg/ serving.. hopefully to keep me from having to buy 3 bottles n having half of one left over..

Hdrol- After reading reviews and logs, and from some suggestions from members here, ive decided to either go with 6 weeks at 75/75/75/75/100/100
or maybe 75/75/100/100/150/150.. Suggestions there? or is 150 to much?

Additional Supplements While on:
Creatine Mono-
Taurine
ON Whey Protein
Fish Oil
and of course...
Alot of clean foods and sleep. ;)

Anything else i should take while on?

drop the creatine save it for PCT. those dosages are a little high but not crazy high (the 1st option you have there, not the 2nd, 150 is a bit much) having some left over is not bad either, you might run it again if you like it.

Ok awesome, thanks for the input! Yea the 1st was my main choice. Better to start small anyways and go up if need be :)

im starting my hdrol tomarrow and my dosages are similiar. im gonna do 75/75/75/75/100
I have been loading cel cycle assist which is pretty cool cause its pill form. Only thing im confused on is the dosage time for hdrol. Ist it best to tke say 25 am with food and then 50 pm wioth food or without? And when i take the cycle assisit should it be spaced apart from the time i take hdrol? thanks

unless im suggested/research other wise im going to take in the am and again in the pm..(atleast 4 or 5 hours before bedtime..) as far as on an empty stomach.. not exactly sure, but i think its just preference.. in the evening im going to space 3 or 4 hours between the hdrol and other supplements i may be taking...

cant wait to break into this food.. bought 70 lbs of chicken breast for $30, should hold me over for a lil bit. between that and my dads hunting and fishing trips.. got plenty of elk, deer, quail, salmon, halibut n even some buffalo. Elk is supposed to be leaner than chicken i think.. :D

yea i took my hdrol in am with food and waited 3 hours then took my cycle assist

Did you buy two tubs of Cycle Support?
havent bought anything yet, still in the planning stages :). It will be later, im going to cancun the 22nd for a week, then a couple weeks later ill start the preload.. no rush :)

Gotcha. Have fun and be safe in Cancun! Went there last year and.... oh the memories (and lack thereof too!).

First time I did an Hdrol cycle I just bought the $99 stack off AM then realized the cycle support only covered ~4 weeks which would of meant 1 week preload and 3 week cycle.

nice nice, where did you stay? We are at the grand oasis playa.. i think its the tamer part of the oasis lol. Im ready to go get a tan, ill check into that stack, may come out cheaper that way. . .

Im thinkin about changing my direction a little with this thread... im going to hold off on the cycle for a little while but probably buy the stuff so ill have it for the future.. ive been thinking hard about it and i feel i got more growing to do that can be accomplished by more food and heavy weight.. mainly because of last night i noticed my strength is going up some.. sooo if its cool with you guys i may include a lean bulk into my "pre-preload"... starting 2night.

Just got through eating a shitload of chicken.. Grilled probably 2Lbs of it lol, got about half left gonna eat some of it with a shake after working out i think.. it sucks i didnt have any greens to go with it but i feel really charged. I hope it lasts through my workout tonight. feels almost like my muscles are feeding off of it lol, hard to explain. anyways. ill keep you guys posted and hopefully, with your help, i can get better every day.

Props are making the mature and harder choice. Good man.

I think it was called Rio Palace or something like that. It was amazing and all-inclusive. I was doing a fat-bulk, haha. I must of drank my weight in alcohol every day.

thanks man, yea... ive been lazy for the last 6 months... was lookin at other peoples pictures n stuff and im no where near where i need to be or want to be before i start something like this.. im going to reluctantly post some pics on here later tonight... gotta have something to look at so in the future ill have something to compare to i guess

Part I : The Workout

Ok, So typically all ive really ever done is a routine of this nature:

Monday: Back and Bi's
Tuesday: Chest and Tri
OFF
Thursday: Shoulders with a few diff chest exercises
Friday: Legs

Abs at end of each workout day.. cardio i would get from the boxing, kickboxing, muaythai gym(which i have slacked on horribly).

The actual exercises have always varied.. so im going to try something a little different and see how it goes. Doing a rough draft now and will post it soon as i tweak it.

if youve een doin the same routine for a while, id suggest definatly changing it up as to shock your muscles into new growth

Why do you need to space out cycle assist from the h-drol? Does it affect absorption?

try some zottaman curls, their effin sweet for bi's

that and you should probaly incorporate some incline and decline chest work as well instead of all flat bench, just a suggestion

From what i have been seeing i guess it does effect absorbtion. Im just taking it 2 x per day 4 hours after each dose of the hdrol.
Im in it 3 days now and i feel pretty good. I can see a small improvment at the gym already and im hoping this stuff does well. Gonna do a 50/75/75/75/75 maybe the last week ill bump 100. Just wanna see how this goes

alright cool, ill look into those. and ya i think i should get some incline and decline in there.. inclines work good for me it seems. thanks man!

I'd just do 25mg when you wake up, 8hrs later, and before you sleep.

This will also allow you to dose support supps about 4hrs apart from hdrol doses so it doesn't interfere with Hdrol's absorption/effectiveness.

I've been looking into hdrol and if I run it, this is probably how I'll space it. I think 8hours is the half life of Hdrol so this seems to be the best course of action IMO. That way you it's running through your system at all times.

just a quick update while im at work.. the new routine, and food my weight is up 3 or 4 Lbs already.. my waiste size has shrank a little, my legs are evidently growing some too, as odd as it sounds some of my pants are feeling snug in the right areas i guess lol. Ive had 2 or 3 diff people in the gym randomly tell me im getting bigger, both hinted like i was taking something, after i told them i just started eating.

The awesome thing is, i have only started eating ALOT pre workout, and eating afterwards, started eating more greens and being religious with the whey. Im interested in seeing where i can get if i start eating more throughout the day (better to do i know) and just started taking creatine.. sooo to sum it up, So far so very pleased. :) ..

Going to start tracking my weight in the gym more.. not exactly sure what my max is on bench etc, but it seems that dead's have sky rocketed.. mostly muscle memory(and convidence) i think but it went from being hard for me to do 315 at all, now im topping out at 405.. thats just been a month or two ago.

Going to up the food even more, a little more protein, start the creatine and throw in more cardio because its next to nil at the moment. Im paying for muay thai classes and jiujitsu but havent been going.. so thats all i need for cardio if i can start going a day or two a week.
