Okay. Last night was legs.
Squatted 22 reps of 145
Squatted 6 reps of 225
Squatted 6 reps of 230
Leg pressed 800 again. Same as last week but I was very tired. 2 sets at 6 reps.
hack squatted 225 6 reps
Revere hack squatted 225 6 reps
2 sets of lunges with 10lb dumbells 3reps than 15lbs 3 reps than 20lbs 3 reps. total of 9 reps
2 sets of leg curls at 120lbs at 9 reps.
Sitting Calve rises 2 sets 125 at 12 reps
Standing calve rise 2 sets at 300 on smith machine.

Tones of energy. Great work out. Took a little longer than expected due to it being packed at the gym.

man, i just jumped into this log and i've read some crazy stuff here DJ. Why are you taking hormones when you don't have training and diet down? You could probably gain 10-15 pounds alone if you'd just sit down and learn the basics. If your not able to learn alot on this site (which i highly doubt) then go pick up a book like the encyclopedia of bodybuilding. Knowledge is power in this little sport of ours and you never stop learning. You also seem to have quite a few people in your gym who know what their doing so why don't you see whether one of them needs a training partner. I've found more information about bodybuilding from people i've trained with any other source. Hormones should be used by people who have mastered their training and diet. On the flipside of the coin i must applaud you for your love of the sport and the fact that you still keep trying even though you seem stuck in a training rut. Not many people would keep plugging away. Anyways i'm along for the ride but i think it's time you start listening to all these people's advice. We've all had to use someones advice in the gym at one time or another. anyways keep up the high quality vids and throw out the ego. good luck!

I consume a high protein diet. I get about 1 to 2 grams of protein per body weight.
I consume around 4000 to 5000 calories. I get in about 15 grams of fiber in a day up to 30 grams depending on the day of the week. I get my fats from nuts and fish oils, avocados. Most my complex carbs are from whole grains, pastas.My simple carbs are around my workout which is from vitargo etc.

what are you deriving your protein from? Liquid protein is not nearly as efficient as whole meals. If you choose to not eat meat perhaps you should research people such as Bill Pearl, who is a vegan but is also a legend in bodybuilding. it is clear that your diet is not working for you as you are taking two very efficient hormones and you are not making any gains in size. once again, read up cause no one knows everything. i just see you stuck in a rut and i'm trying to help you instead of crap on you for what you are doing.

how are you getting you total protein when you are only eating these things occasionally during the week. that means you must be deriving the vas majority of your protein from protein shakes, which just won't cut it. i don't know alot about diets like yours but i think you should do some research so you can continue to move forward in the gym.

your beginning to make me feel like i'm talking to a brick wall. If you don't want help from all of us on your thread then why are you posting? I tell people what i am doing so that people can help me ( i don't know everything ). numerous people on here are trying to help you but all you've done is copped excuses and locked yourself into a set routine without and variance. you seem intelligent enough to understand that what your doing isn't working but you also seem to stubborn to move on from your mistakes. Stop trying to argue with everyone and just take the help. lots of these people have a ton of knowledge and are willing to share, you just need to stop being so closed minded

Mid work out I get 50 grams from my mass stack I have been doing a while. My post work out I get 30 grams as well.

My bean and cheese egg has 25 grams. PB and J has another 10 grams.
My breakfast shake and cereal combined has 30 grams.
My protein snacks have about 10 grams of protein.

Leucine shakes 7 grams.

I am guestamating right now as I am not at home to confirm exact figures.

i'm going to follow your log quietly from here on out as i can't help someone who doesn't want help. i ate healthier when i was in high school and had no idea about nutrition. Good luck DJ, i hope your stubborness won't make you hate this sport eventually.

what are your macro totals? I don't see your weight being enough in protein a day. And i certainly bet you are not getting above 300G carbohydrates a day. People give you advice and you don't take it. This is why you still look the way you do, if that is how you want to stay fine. Don't come here and shun off advice then.

I definitely would not do 20+ reps before I go heavy, you get tired out. Yes warmup 12-15 at most, I do 2 light sets of 10 then bump up the wt. I would FINISH my squat routine with the 20 reps, def rest-pause technique.

Also, I still dont think you could be doing 800 properly, espec comparing that to other leg exercises. I do similar wt but not on the leg press, no way if I go deep like i should.

Tonight I felt great. Pumped excited. Good energy. The gym was packed so I had lots of waiting. I does it 2:1:1:2 again that seems to work for me better than the 2:2:2. I do not feel the burn when dosing that way.

no you didn't. you said you eat a bean and egg and whatever the hell else burrito and listed out some gram stuff. you never said exact fats, protein, and carbs. I am fairly active and don't have much trouble gaining size when I want/need to. especially on a cycle man. I watched some people gain 10Lbs+ plus on this. That means it is you, not the 1ad/4ad.

Ive blown your progress out of the water in my log WITH NO SUPPS! and guess what I CANT GET ANYTHING for a log!! I cant even get my damn PEAK BETA that was allegedly sent!! I won that fair and square then you roll along with tardglish and put up this pathetic log.

Its one thing to start dumb... but you want to stay there with your pimp socks, gyno, 143 frame taking vids of your self with a weight belt on and 0 test production.

Stupid.

I hope you continue this log for when you crash and burn afterwards cause you aint gonna go nowhere without hormones.

The thing that really pisses me off at this stage is AMS, Legal Gear,(EDIT: Applied neutriceuticals does ship to CAN) and Omega WONT send supps to canada for customs and shipping BUT will send you GEAR for FREE and when you screw it up this only makes them scrutinize everyone else further.

My buddy throws around more weight than you and the rest of your family and cant get chosen for a log cause of fools like you.

You are ruinging all the great things about this board with your filthy log.

Dj, in reality these guys have given you nothing but good advice and deep down have the best intentions. Nobody here is out to hurt you (the negative comments are likely out of frustration more then anything).

At this point I would also have to agree that you were not quite ready for such a cycle. You really need to take a closer look at the diet and training and really hammer it down before you start using items like 1-Andro and 4-AD. This cycle would have been much more gratifying for you had you done this.

If you would like you can wrap this log up and take time to work on your training and nutrition. Use this log and the advice people gave you as a resource to look back on before you plan your next split/diet.

In the end I think everyone can agree that your love for the sport is admirable. I'm admittedly envious as you have met some of the stars of the sport.

Thank you for the log DJ (I'm not being sarcastic here, I do truly appreciate the effort you put forth since I believe your intentions were good).

This is a great post and attitude. I agree DJ did seem to try his best, lesson learned keep at it just wait awhile for the hormones. I was a little amped up after leg day and prolly got a lil harsh. I have not been reprimanded by anyone but always try to keep a cool head. I think my mones are ragin.

i definitely agree with royd, you should get your diet and training in check before you continue with PH's. Your videos are great and you have met alot of my heroes but everything else seems to be out of wack. Once you get your diet in check, i would imagine you would start gaining weight without the use of hormones. I would suggest perhaps gaining weight for a while just off diet and then perhaps add the hormones in when your training and diet have come into complete alignment.

So I got my test levels back. I will scan them tonight. They went up to 600 which means it works but the Dr. Was not impressed that it did not go any higher. That is only a 200 jump. He was thinking it would go as high as 700-800 which is a better number.

DJ if you're willing to post a meal-log and take some advice, I am willing to try and help you with your diet any-way I can.
I can make a meal log and you will see I am getting close to 5000 calories as much as possible every day. I will make a separate log for that.

yeah they have them when I lived in another city at one of the most hardcore gyms in Tennessee they I trained at they had 42.5's.

One of the gyms I went to happened to have it. Not all gyms have it. My gym near by was closed so I had to go to the one down the street and it was 2.5 increase 45 to 47.5. not 45 to 45.05.

its been a year and a half since I lived there. i remember the 47,5's I think this gym stopped there; although, they did go up to 160 dumbells. awesome gym the Olympia is the name of it in Murfreesboro TN.(college city)

I need those 2.5 because for me to jump 5lbs each arm would kill. I wish they even had 1lb increments sounds dumb but would work wonders for me.
Think about it 2lbs a week 8lbs a month 96lbs a year with what ever I do x5 years 480lbs in theory.

1 pound is 8/8.. so you have a 5/8... that means it is 3/8 away from being a pound. 5/8 comes out to be around .625 lbs. so a little over half a pound. That is simple math man come on :yawn:
