The seated military bench was a favourite of mine for a while but I've started doing overhead BB should presses and bringing the bar down to the back of my head and I'm loving it, although with heavy weights it is a bit hard on my back.

I love/hate these. They for sure will get those cannonballs to pop but like you said there is back pain. Only way i can do them is on a smith.

I'm on day 14 of MethylMasterdrol Version 2. I'm seeing almost identical sides as the 3-AD you're running. It's super-androgenic to be sure. It's a bomb for pre-workout fire-power:numbered:. I don't think anyone's gonna gain over 3 to 5 pounds on a month of this, but their strength and re-comp will be extraordinary!! Energy, aggression, focus, and CNS stimulation coupled with added strength makes this a bomb to stack with something else. Like super, tren, epi, or even D-Bol. I just went with the old fashoined D-Bol myself Piston. I think the M1,4ADD conversion rate to d-bol would be very low IMO! I believe you would have to take such large doses of the M1,4ADD that real d-bol would be MUCH cheaper. I know mine was!! I can't wait until the end of May to run that cycle I was describing to you Piston. I may need your help with some of it as it gets closer:box:. It will be my very first run of real AAS!! If I am correct, the conversion rate of M1,4ADD to actual D-Bol is only 15%. So, if you're only going to take 100 mg. of the m1,4add, it would be like doing only 15 mg. of D-Bol. That's kinda low-end. I'd go 150 mg. for 30 days personally. But that's just my measley $0.02!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

This was the best peice of advice I had seen in a while. I followed Trip's plan and used 12 mg. pre-workout only for my last cycle of ALRI Methoxy TRN @4.5 mg. per day, and 12 mg. per day of M-Dien, and 15 mg. per day of Phera. It was a great cycle. That pre-workout TST made me want to tear the freaking gym down!! I felt like:frustrate and :aargh: I bought 5 bottles off of E-Bay at a steal!!:hammer:

.. I'm asking because I checked my caps (bought them off of eBay, and I'm not very trusting), and they were the size of any regular cap. They looked like LipidFX caps, in size as well as powder content (if anyone's seen them) .. Basically, a clear cap that's big enough for like 500mg of powder.. I'm just wondering if that's legit ?!

I remember the STS 646 pro-hormone (mestanolone) and they were 12.5mg/cap, and each cap was tiny. As is 1/4 the size of these TST caps (aka a regular sized cap).

M14AD has a complete conversion to actual dbol of 15% yes. BUT its active in and of itself to about the tune of 60% of dbols strength mg for mg before it even converts. Just like 4-AD which only has a 15% conversion rate itself to test but is still 98% as active in its initial form.

Actually, I wouldn't take M1,4ADD myself. For the very reason you just stated. You need at least 100 to 120 mg. per day for good results, BUT it IS methylated. 100 to 120 mg. of methyl anything is a bunch! Must be rough on the liver. You wouldn't take that much Phera or Super, of course you wouldn't need to, but my point is the large amount of methylation going into your liver. I'm just gonna use the real-deal!! I've got real Methandienone (d-bol) so I'll only need 20 to 30 mg. per day in my upcoming stack.:thumbsup: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I love the Rammstein Bro!! Wundebar!! I'm coming to the same conclusion about MMV2 as you have with 3-AD. Very androgenic, great for strength, focus, and aggression. Good tool for a cut and recomp to lean you out and harden you up. These androstanes are cool chemicals, being described by some as "psycho-actives" that have some sort of noticeable CNS stimulation. No, I dont actually disagree with you Tripdog! Yes, I love strong androgens, but I prefer them in a stack situation as well. The MMV2 I'm currently running is VERY similar to your 3-AD. It's a very good pre-workout "booster, intensifier, or whatever"!! But, the next time I run it (And I definately WILL), I'll just take it on workout days 1 hour before my workouts. But I'll be on a straight run of something like superdrol, epi, or even d-bol for that matter. I therefore conclude that MMV2 is an excellent PWO hormonal product and recommend it highly!! I will also give the 3-AD a spin trial in the future as well. I heard of a deal on it for $39.99. Sounds good!:thumbsup:THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

side effects- acne, road rage, a tad short tempered

As mentioned 3-AD will be a great product to stack with some type of mass product. I like thundergods d-bol example. Superdrol, max-lmg, havoc would aslo be good things to stack it with.
