Day 3

Weight 192......it always fluctuates

Took somnidren,and ZMK last night before bed. Slept great,and my dreams were rather vivid. The somnidren tastes awsome...no chemical taste at all.

Today was a day off and chill day from the gym.(sunday's tend to be)

Took the Leviathan Reloaded 1 capsule every 2 hours.Not much appetite at all the last 2 days

Breakfast- Bowl of Total w/ scoop of whey in skim milk..and cup of coffee

lunch- cooked ham sandwich on rye (with hot sauce,and fat free Italian dressing)

Dinner-big bowl home made chili (with bacon bits)

sub Dinner- can of chicken breast mixed with beef stew

I'm a few days in as well with the ZMK stack. Of course though, we're taking this supplement for it's recovery/GH effects, not to combat restlessness.

Since everyone is different a small number of people will experience a burst of energy and excitability after dosing. This is just the way that their bodies react to in influx of dopamine. It is usually short lived and will not effect the GH releasing properties of the product. It should start to subside after a week or so as your receptor sites get saturated.

I have slept great the last 3 nights, so something is working. I'm using it more for GH support than for sleep help though.

Cool... that is reassuring, and I do recall reading in the write up how some users, albeit not many, felt a increase after dosing. I think a good portion of mine however is also placebo. I still get excited whenever I take anything new!

However, on the topic, I failed to mention how I too sleep great! I ALWAYS wake up and toss around a bit during the night, but not once has that happened in my 6 or 7 dosings thus far with Somindren/ZMK. Sleeping through the night is valuable(duh, lol), and definitly reflects during my daily activities.

Good to hear your feeling well on the new supps Trip... I'll be checking in!

The recovery with this product is awesome but i sure do take it also for restlessness it has made changed for the better my sleep 100% without a good nights rest it is hard to even get to the gym

Appetite-Rather hard for me to eat lately, Rebound Reloaded has an insane quality to cure hunger!!! I dosed my 4 pills (10am,12 noon,2:30pm,5:00pm) This way makes overall mood stay rather chipper over the days span.

Energy-Is way up there..I spent a good hour and a half in the gym today.....As a side note I started PCT when I started this cycle, so my body is getting back into rhythm at this point.

So far,so good....we shall see how this unfolds.

Dreams are incredibly more apparant with these supplements... I experience this too. I have taken ZMA in the past, and this was also definitly noticed. With Somnidren, it's even better!

For those who haven't tried Leviathan Reloaded really need to get a sample and check it out. The mood elevation is just unreal. There is No crash at all, it surely is groundbreaking. The only thing I can compare it to is clenbuterol(also doesn't have a crash)

Sleep- Been taking Somnidren and ZMK 30 minutes before bed. Sleep is been awsome lately! Dreams are more vivid,and I don't wake up as often in the middle of the night. So yes thus far there a noticeable increase in sleep quality. This is really helping with my post cycle therapy recovery. I would have no problem being a test dummy to log this for a year straight to observe the cumulative effects

I know Bon-Jovi is doing the same stack as me,and I think this is a great combination of sleep,recovery,mood enhancement,energy!!!!

Appetite-Has been lower than normal, I find myself not very hungry lately. This is def leaning me out,and i'm lovin it. I'm getting in my protein,but carbs,and fats are rather low.

Energy-Amazing...for being in post cycle therapy and to have so much kick in my step is a very great thing. My workouts are as good as when I was on cycle. Very Impressed thus far!

I agree about the Leviathan Reloaded Trip. When I got my sample from PAL, the mood enhancement was out of this world. The thermo effects were impressive too, but I really wasn't expecting that much of a mood boost.

I just put in my order for a sample. Carb cycling makes me ridiculously sensitive to caffeine and I crash super hard from it. I remember the original Levi didn't have much caffeine but still gives the perfect amount of clean energy. Good detailed log so far Trip, can't wait to try some Levi Reloaded!

Day 7

My trippin update

Sleep-Very much improved in the last 6 nights. My dreams are very long and vivid,and quality of rest is amazing. Impressed thus far.

Recovery-to check it out I did Shoulders Hard the last 2 days in a row to see how I recover.....I will update on that.

Well being-Ok I have to say that I get a very Euphoric feeling when I take my Leviathan Reloaded. Like it's no joke at all!! I cant believe how this product enhances well being. There is no over stim activity at all. I really cant say enough about how much I love this stuff. I tried the old leviathan and Reloaded is light-years ahead of that. Amazing stuff!

Appetite-Low...

Side notes- I am leaning up very nicely and will get some new pics up soon. Trip is loving this post cycle therapy for a change
