happy 4,000th!

at my current posting rate i calculated that i will reach my 4,000th post in May of 2016.

keep up the good work. i've learned some good stuff from you here. but i haven't learned any MMA moves yet.

It is strange to be this size again after years of trying my hardest to not be anywhere near where I am. It is nice to know that I still have the great cardio that I got from years of XC running.
