After numerous start/stop's on this path to physical enlightenment, I've recently encountered the opportunity to rededicate myself to my weight-loss journey.

I've started and stopped more time than I can remember, so this time I will give no fancy intro. I just need to get thing's going and show where I started and where I have progressed to.

To say I'm unhappy w/ the way I look and feel these days would be an understatement. However, I'm choosing to put my information out there regardless as a watermark in the history of my physical fitness. I'm going to use this as an opportunity to "man up" and just show where I presently am at.

I will be using the same bodyfat scale and myotape for consistency. I realize the values are probably off, but I am just looking for some level of consistency to track progress.

I am going to be using a Peak Pyramid Training scheme supplied by Scivation.

For the first 30 days of this log, I am going to kick start my weight loss with a 28 day modified psmf diet. This is more commonly known by the nickname "The Velocity Diet."

On non-workout days, I will be ingesting approximately: 1400 cal.
On workout days, I will be ingesting approximately: 1700 cal.

For now, the diet is as follows:

5 Shakes every day, each spaced 3 hours apart.

Today was Day 1 back on this advanced regimen for weight loss.

First off, I would like to thank StrategicMove for all of his help in constructing this monstrosity of a plan. As you can see, it is quite detailed and the various components were put together between he and I to maximize fat loss. He has helped me tremendously and I sincerely want to acknowledge his vast knowledge and helpful attitude. :clap2:

In terms of how I felt, things were pretty smooth today. One of the cool things I get to do in the context of this log is try out AN's new Osteo-Sport supplement which is currently in Beta-Testing. (Thanks Dirk!) I have had surgery on my left shoulder and have achy/painful knees due to the extra weight I've been carrying. I'll keep everyone updated on my progress on the product and how I like it. I stopped Cissus based products about a month and a half ago in anticipation of using this supplement.

Finally, I'd like to give a big shoutout to Millennium Sport Technologies. Matt Masuda has given great advice Re: supplementation and it is highly appreciated. I also appreciate him letting me test out the GHSR stack (ZMK and Somnidren-GH) during the duration of this 30 day Velocity Diet. One of the main reasons I failed halfway through last time was that my quality of sleep was severely compromised. Because I was unable to fall asleep, I was hungry all the time and gave into my cravings. Hopefully, this stack will ensure I have restful sleep and help me beat the hunger!

As far as supplements today, I have no real information to share. I'm about to take my GHSR dose and pass out. See everyone in the morning.

Day 2 came and went. Last time I was attempting this diet, I was feeling HORRIBLE on day 2. Today really hasn't been that bad. Aside from a very mild headache, I feel good to go. I upped water intake to 2 gallons today, and I'm thinking that might have something to do with it.

The GHSR stack last night was very helpful I think. I can only say this based off a night's serving, but I have some anecdotal proof it is good stuff.

I am bumping up my dosage on the AN Osteo-Sport Beta to account for my higher weight.

The DCP makes me sweat like a pig. I literally soaked through my t-shirt today. Not a pleasant feeling.

Wonderful day today. Just got some great news at work, so feeling pretty happy. My cardio only regime will be changing as of this week and it'll be good to get some weight-loss style workouts going. I'm weak as hell at the moment, so will definitely be humbling putting up weights, etc. However, we all have to start (in my case, for the third time after the last surgery) somewhere.

Good sleep again using the Somnidren. I also don't feel as "spacy" as I have previously on a velocity diet. I think the minerals that I've added in along w/ the focus from the recreate are really helping.

I think I've begun to really master the simplicity of this diet. Throwing together protein shakes and supplement bags is getting to be second nature to me. In general also, I feel a lot "lighter" in terms of bodyweight. I don't feel bloated, etc (probably because of the lack of carbohydrates), and that is a good sensation.

Starting to wonder if i should add some Choline or Lecithin into my daily supplementation to counteract the use of Carnitine derivatives. Any thoughts from the gallery?

Felt really tired today. Its going to be a rough week at work.

Thank god for gut health. Honestly, I am not used to taking in such large amounts of protein. I have been sneaking in an extra capsule of gut health every now and again; whenever I feel stomach discomfort. This seems to usually remedy the situation quickly.

My shoulder has been hurting less and my knees feel 100% better. I think the first 10 days of osteo-sport have been great. I will definitely be picking this up when it releases. :)

Preworkout drink is great for cardio. I always feel super-focused and it just fly's by, which was the main effect I was looking for.

I'm thinking the DCP and recreate are really revving up the metabolism also, as I am sweating through a t-shirt or two EVERY DAY!
