So I have decided to come back and start logging my workouts on AM. I have been keeping a log over at MMI consistently, but I figured why not start it back up here also.

I have just recently come into a little more free time as it relates to my vocation, enough that I can log on two boards now. So feel free to ask any questions about my workouts or methods, would love to help those who would need it. Other than that, any and all bs comments are welcome ;)

Goal is basically to continually bulk until this time next year and make a decision at that point of whether to go into BB or PL. I am going to see which my body takes to more. So this should be interesting...

So I hit legs QUICK today, but made sure I got them in....I am planning on deadlifting again tomorrow, so I didn't squat or hit hammies directly...


Finished the entire workout in 30 minutes!!!!!

Leg Press:

Touched shoulders a bit today....

3 trips through 2 Tri sets:


1st: 3 trips through....absolutely no rest at all.

BB Mil Press:
135x15
BB Shrug:
315x15
Lateral Raise:
30x15

2nd: About 1 minute for water between 1st and second, then no rest...3 trips through
Cable Lateral:
55x15
DB Shrug:
100x12
Rear DB Fly:
25x15



This workout was fun as hell. I was SMOKED when we got done 23 minutes later from start time

Starting up new prog. tomorrow!!! Gonna blow **** up..

Mondays workout:

ME Bench

Flat BB:
225x10

Weighted Dips:
BW+90 for 4x10....completed every set of 10.

WG Incline:
185x10x4 completed every set....the last 2 were fugly, but i grinded them out.

Very CG Bench:
135x10x4 --- rested about 25 sec b/w sets....smoked

Did some fly work ~SS~ with sprints after that...one hell of a session...
