So I have decided to come back and start logging my workouts on AM. I have been keeping a log over at MMI consistently, but I figured why not start it back up here also.
I have just recently come into a little more free time as it relates to my vocation, enough that I can log on two boards now. So feel free to ask any questions about my workouts or methods, would love to help those who would need it. Other than that, any and all bs comments are welcome
