    Just got home from the gym and decided to start a new log for the time being

    Today was legs and abs
    Leg press 225x10, 275x10, 315x10
    Hack squat 225x10, 2x10 275
    Squat 225x10, 275x10, 295x10
    Calve raise 3x25 180
    Ab decline 3x25 10
    Obliques decline 3x10 10
    Bridges 3x 60secs
    Leg lift 3x20

    Supps:
    Codygen 5
    NO explode

    *gave blood today so decided was a good day to lay off the upper body lol
    *Codygen 5 left my muscles feeling light and chest clear...good product
    **315x10 on leg press is new record for me

    nice leg workout nick! im impressed. where did you get the No-Xplode from? Congrats on the new PR. You should give MST a Cordy review in their forum and in the supplement forum. im sure people would enjoy reading it.

    Today was my off day since i had to work at 3 and gym closed at 8 today. On the bright side, i won some project revolution tickets today!!! I was freaking out lol.
    Getting up bright and early tomorow for the gym...should be a good WO after a day off
