    powerfull is awesome!! i sleep alot better and i seem to be getting stronger all the time so i cant complain.

    I think the phera will put a more weight on but wont be as clean as with the activate and powerfull. but you never know!!! bodies are crazy things

    I will prolly reach my goal b4 the phera is over... if i dont feel i have put on to much fat i'll keep rolling to 230!!!! if i feel to chunky i'll just try to recomp at 220 til the timeframe is over. but dont worry i'll keep logging!

    weight : 203 grrrrrrh!

    workout: startd slow but then i was in the zone. my trap was still hurting me a little at first but after i workd it some it feels way better

    eats: good

    mood: good for a monday just a little agitated at stupid people, but not roid rage or anything. I am feeling super confident and want to F*CK everything. caught myself just staring at a girl that wasnt anything special and just thinking how i wanted to club her and drag her back to my cave...

    note: my face is breaking out like crazy now! im going to start using some proactive and B-5 to help that out. i cant be looking like a 16 y/o.

    weight : 206 +10lbs prolly half bloat though

    workout: i just did legs today and tmr i'll do chest and tris since i cant workout thursday cause i'll be traveling try to make it up fri/sat

    eats: good

    mood: f*cking tired all day. i dont know what it is... just cant stay awake. and i have poo'd alot today which made me more tired lol

    eats: good

    mood: work was nuts so i didnt get a chance to goto the gym before i left on my busniess trip

    MAY 15 (day 18) thursday

    weight : no scale

    workout: cant get to the gym so i have been doning b/w excercises. this trip is really going to set me back!!!

    eats: good

    mood: pissssssed cant get to the gym

    MAY 16 (day 19) friday

    weight : no scale

    workout: finally got to a gym. work out was good.

    eats: decent

    mood: happy i finally goto the gym

    MAY 18 (day 21) sunday

    weight : 205 finally goto weight in

    workout: traveling again! F*CK!!

    eats: bad.... on the road food sucked

    mood: i am really sore for some reason

    I actually beefed up 17lbs on my first pp cyc, but that was the original formula ... I held onto about 8lbs of it...

  11. Sorry i havent updated this in a long time i have been living out of a suit case. work has really picked up and i dont know if i can finish the whole log but i will do my best!!

    MAY 19 (day 22) monday

    weight : 205

    workout: off was at the airport all day.... all this traveling is pissin me off

    eats: bad.... on the road food sucked

    mood: good

    MAY 20 (day 23) tuesday

    weight : 206

    workout: worked out at the hotel the weight room wasnt up to par but i did what i had to

    eats: decent

    MAY 21 (day 24) wednesday

    weight : 206

    workout: went to a real gym it was a great work out!

    eats: decent

    mood: good but work was bringing me down! and i had to DD so i was up late as F*CK!!

    MAY 22 (day 25) thursday

    weight : 208

    workout: traveling AGAIN!!!

    eats: decent

    mood: TIRED!!! from DD'in but i got to sleep on the plane and got laid when i got home. NICE!!

    weight : 208

    workout: monster workout!!! i felt great and im def getting stronger!

    eats: gooooood!!!!!

    mood: good but pissed off half the day

    note: i havent seen my roomie in about a week or so and when i finally saw him yesterday he said "what have you been doing lately.... you are looking bigger" he didnt even know i was bulking i dont think. So that is good!

    mood: ok... i couldnt sleep though...

    eats: good but had some wedding cake... or alot

    eats: good so far... got some big ole steaks for later

    mood: pissed!!! went to the gym and it was closed and this is my last day of powerfull!!!

  14. I think this will be the last week of the log... im going to have to take a 4 week break because im getting sent away for work... and i dont want to start the pulse unless i know i will have a good schedule. but we will see! More info to come

  16. OK... here is a update on what this log is going to do! i will keep the log going but instead of leaving for a month it will be 10 days of travel sooooo i will take a 10 day intermission starting the 31st then jump into the phera pulse on the 10th!!

    mood: slower then usually due to feeling bad.

    eats: AWESOME!!! had a ton of steak today!

    mood: had a tons of energy at my workout.... I worked out be4 work today... wonder if that had something to do with it. I did a crossfit workout again just to spice it up. KICKED MY ASS like always

    MAY 29(day 32) friday LAST DAY OF ACTIVATE!!!

    weight : 210

    workout: off.

    eats: good so far

    mood: feeling better but still not 100%

    Note: this is the last update to the log for 10 days ot so while im traveling. then i'll come back and jump into the phera i hope!!! thanks for following along so far! TO BE CONT.....
