To say I'm unhappy w/ the way I look and feel these days would be an understatement. However, I'm choosing to put my information out there regardless as a watermark in the history of my physical fitness. I'm going to use this as an opportunity to "man up" and just show where I presently am at.
I will be using the same bodyfat scale and myotape for consistency. I realize the values are probably off, but I am just looking for some level of consistency to track progress.
