    Machine Horizontal Row: 80, 90, 100
    Machine Lat Pulldown: 60, 70, 80
    Machine Rear Delt Flyes: 35, 40, 45
    Dumbell Arnold Curls: 15, 20, 25
    Vertical barbell row (2 sets of 15 reps): 50 both
    Obliques: 12, 12, 10
    Cardio: 30 minutes bike level 9 - 222 calories

    I've decided to add in Vertical barbell row for pull day and Dips for push day in order to make the workouts feel more "complete".

  7. Yep, basically stopped for about 6 months, worked out for 2 months, stopped for another four, worked out another 2, then got injured and stopped at the same time I started a job that really contributed to keeping me out of the gym for another 6 months.

    I've been doing cardio consistently for about 4 months now, but every time I'd hit the weights even medium heavy I'd really feel it in my joints for way too long, it just took some time for me to figure out how to go about all this the right way, and part of it was coming back here to AM.

    Yes, I'm trying to loose a ton of fat (ok more like 1/20th of a ton).

  8. So what are you taking again for your joints? When the trainer put me on almost all free weight high rep work it tore my joints up. The Incarnate with cissus in it has really been helping...sucks to get older

    Leg Press 2x45 per side, +25/side, +25/side
    Calf Raise 3x45 per side, +25/side, +15/side
    Rotating Shoulder Press 20, 25, 30
    Quad Extensions 90, 100, 110
    Hamstring Curls 100, 110, 120
    Lateral Shoulder Raise 5, 10, 12
    *1-leg quad extensions (1x15): 50
    *1-leg hamstring curls (1x15): 55
    Dumbell Shrugs 40, 50, 60

    *I added these in to help bring my left leg up to my right, due to an injury last year it got very atrophied and I just noticed it this last week.

    I'm enjoying this workout, today was a bit brutal, probably because I didn't sleep well due to the weather and neighbors. The bad nasty sides of clen have subsided completely it seems, so the next week should be smooth sailing. I'm really looking forward to my day off tomorrow though!

I have read before that you shouldn't work one side more than the other cause you can create strength differences.I have read that you should do one side at a time starting with your weaker/smaller side and pushing it as much as you possibly can.Then do the same reps on the other side.You can do one leg presses and obvisouly every thing else you did.Just what I have read.

  12. You can also do single legged squats . Those are pretty good!

  13. I don't really have time for the single-side isolation, and at this point I'm not building much strength at the high reps I'm doing, so I think I'll be ok. It is lagging in strength and size already, so I would like it to gain more at this point. I'll totally re-evaluate if I notice something strange.

    Single-leg squats scare the crap outta me, I can't balance for $hit as it is!

  15. Ahhhh Well I enjoyed my off day yesterday, but I didn't make it to the gym today I did however make many trips up and down the stairs carrying things to my car to get rid of or donate before I move. I think I did ok

    Incline Bench Barbell Press: 60, 75, 85
    Dips - 2 sets @ 200 lbs assist: 12 reps, 10 reps
    Cable Tricep Extensions: 40, 50, 60
    Machine Pec Flyes: 35, 40, 45
    Reverse Hyperextensions: 10, 10, 10
    Abs: 10, 10, 10
    Cardio: 30 minuets Level 8 on bike - 213 Calories

    Nothing special to note, I did enjoy adding the dips into my routine.

  24. LOL! I don't think a dog would be in my best interest, I've got pet rats, and my girlfriend wants a kitten (she swears that if it is young enough she can teach it to leave the rats alone). Plus the apartment we're looking at in california only allows one small pet, but I do miss my uncle's newfies in denver.

Good job man!My clothes are doing the opposite.I have been trying to avoid bending down to get things at work because of my pants.I feel like a girl putting them on too.Which sucks in the locker room as I'm all doing the squirming thing with guys around. Then once their on,I spend a couple minutes with my hands down my pants getting my undies and pockets adjusted right.
