    started my no carb diet sunday and so far i am feeling suprisingly good. strength is still going up and i only notice my stamina fade at the end of my workouts. only supps i am taking now are protein, fish oil, cla. will start taking DCP on monday and pslin on my carb up days(mon/tues).

    Mondays Workout: cut short b/c of time
    bench: 135x3x3, 165x3, 185x3, 225x3, 255x1, 275x1,295x1 315x1, 335x1
    skull crushers: 70x5, 90x5x5x5x5x4
    bb row: 135x5, 185x3, 225x5x5x5
    few core exercises

    Tuesdays Workout:
    squat: 135x3x3, 165x3, 185x3, 225x3, 255x1, 275x1, 315x1, 345x1, 365x1, 395x1, 415x1
    good mornings: 135x3, 185x1, 245x4x4x4x3
    db pullover: 80x5, 115x5x5x5x5x4
    few core exercises

    very pleased with these two workouts, but how do they look? i have been trainign with WSB since mid to late last year and my stregth began to shoot up. still have some stubborn belly fat to lose, but overall im pretty lean. hope after this log i can get in on some product sponserships on the board.

  2. forgot to undate my log last night, just feel straight to sleep. anyways it was a pretty good workout. i forgot to look at previous workout numbers to what weight to use for pause bench, which really upset me.

    pause bench: 135x3x3. 185x3x3, 225x3, 265x2 10x(did 275x2 6x previous workout so not a worthwhile set for me)
    skull crusher: 70x5, 90x6x6x3
    db shrug: 85x15x15x15
    few core exercises and left

    like i said it wasnt a very productive workout, forgot to do rev db flys and again the pause bench weight was weak. got my dcp in the mail yesterday, so ill start taking them monday.

  3. was on the run today so i didnt get the greatest nutrition, or timing before my worlout. tried sumo squats today and although i couldnt complete the 8 sets of 2, i came close. and for the first time my legs feel sore after a workout.

    sumo squats: 135x3, 165x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3, 335x2 6x, 335x1 1x
    db pullover: 85x5, 120x3x3x3x3x3x3
    db hammer curls: 35x5, 40x5, 50x5x5x5

    didnt do good mornings today b/c ive gotten a bad almost rug burn on my upper back right where the bar rests. got them from doing good morns and the bar slipping a bit. will take a week off from doing them possibly. start taking DCP tomorrow.

  4. today was my carb up day so i took 2 pslin before i had approx 100g carbs from steel cut oatmeal. will try and get one more good carb meal before the day is over.

  5. well, i did a fool thing today. it was bench day and i was movin up on weight, got too 275 and for some reason after that i went straight too 325. barley got it up so i didnt even try for more. was hoping for 345 today, but it will have to wait for next week.

  6. tons of energy today thanks to nutras germainum caps. hit a new pr on deads with a 445 lift. almost got 455, but got stuck halfway up. think i had leaned forward a little. anyways felt good about being on the no carb diet and havent lost any strength. that was one thing i was afraid of.

  7. felt like a real pssy today at the gym. only did bench and db rev flys.

    should have stayed and done more, but i just felt depressed.

  9. stopped my no carb diet this weekend in place with a calorie restricted, healthy diet. fruits/yogurt for breakfast, veggies at luch and diner a steak. am gonna try and not eat after 7pm and only take a casein shake or maybe some aminos, before bed. pre-workout i will start taking pslin agin with complex carbs.

  10. i dont know why, but i cant bench lately. i dont know if my form is off or ive reached a plateau. just dont feel strong or in control of the weight.

  11. have been feeling very run down lately so i will be taking the rest of the week off. will continue log on monday.
