started my no carb diet sunday and so far i am feeling suprisingly good. strength is still going up and i only notice my stamina fade at the end of my workouts. only supps i am taking now are protein, fish oil, cla. will start taking DCP on monday and pslin on my carb up days(mon/tues).
Mondays Workout: cut short b/c of time
bench: 135x3x3, 165x3, 185x3, 225x3, 255x1, 275x1,295x1 315x1, 335x1
skull crushers: 70x5, 90x5x5x5x5x4
bb row: 135x5, 185x3, 225x5x5x5

Tuesdays Workout:
squat: 135x3x3, 165x3, 185x3, 225x3, 255x1, 275x1, 315x1, 345x1, 365x1, 395x1, 415x1
good mornings: 135x3, 185x1, 245x4x4x4x3
db pullover: 80x5, 115x5x5x5x5x4

very pleased with these two workouts, but how do they look? i have been trainign with WSB since mid to late last year and my stregth began to shoot up. still have some stubborn belly fat to lose, but overall im pretty lean. hope after this log i can get in on some product sponserships on the board.:cheers:
