Decline 2x20 (did diamond push up at sternum no decline bench today)

Day3:(didnt warmup, spent too much time signing up at gym)

-negatives on FP's & PC's for 5-8 seconds

tried a sample of superpump250
-noticed a dramatic endurance increase
*probably the reason i was so scattered.....i just had the energy =D

-would have jogged longer but every step felt like i was going to collapse cuz of hardcore leg WO yesterday

Day 5: OFF

body is way too sore to even go downstairs let alone goto work today. am going to get alot of rest and start back tomorow hopefully

i dont anymore. but i did because i was just getting back into it and wanted increase weight quickly....if u wanna follow what i do now goto supplement logs and look at
