    Day 1:1 mile jog
    Bench 5x5 110, 120, 130, 140, 150
    Incline 5x5 70, 80, 90, 100, 110
    Decline 5x5 70, 80, 90, 100, 110
    DB flies 3x10 10
    Curls 4x12 30

    Day 2:2 mile jog
    full cardio routine (made it myself)
    light chest
    Bench 3x8 60
    Incline 3x8 45
    Decline 2x20 (did diamond push up at sternum no decline bench today)
    light arms
    Curls 3x12 20
    Trap roll 2x8 160

    Day3:(didnt warmup, spent too much time signing up at gym)
    Squat 5x12 90x3 140x2
    Leg press 9x12 110x5 130x4
    Quad press 6x12 110x3 130x2 150x1
    Calves 4x20 90
    Abs leg ups (straight leg) 2x18
    Burnout Quad press 3x10 130x2 90x2
    Trap roll 2x15 100
    French press 3x8 50x1 80x2
    Priest curls 3x6 80
    -negatives on FP's & PC's for 5-8 seconds

    tried a sample of superpump250
    -noticed a dramatic endurance increase
    *probably the reason i was so scattered.....i just had the energy =D

    DB flys 3x10 2x10 1x25
    Trap roll 5x12 1x180 2x135 2x115
    BB curl 4x8 65
    Tricep lift 4x8 65
    Ab press 3x10 25
    Tricep back lift 2x8 25
    Superset curls 5x12 30
    400meter jog to cooldown

    -would have jogged longer but every step felt like i was going to collapse cuz of hardcore leg WO yesterday

    body is way too sore to even go downstairs let alone goto work today. am going to get alot of rest and start back tomorow hopefully

    no decline today
    BB curls 3x10 75
    Db curls 3x10 30
    Trap roll 2x25 95

    -simple workout today but i felt a good pump in my arms

    i dont anymore. but i did because i was just getting back into it and wanted increase weight quickly....if u wanna follow what i do now goto supplement logs and look at
