Sunday,Febuary 24,2008. Day 1!

Today was the first day of 5x5 and my second day on creatine, just got back into lifting again was on a long break due to school/football/no gym but now I'm back, started about a week ago did a split for that time but now I wan't to try 5x5.

I could've done a bit more on all of lifts today but I decided to start out slow and use my 5 rep maxes that I figured out last week (squat went down alot! it should shoot up quick).

Bench: 45,65,75,85,95

Squat: 45,95,115,120,135

Bent-over barbell rows:45,75,85,95,115

Hyperextentions: 35lb plate for 3 sets of 8

Situps: 2x10 unweighted decline

Cardio: 10 minutes on the treadmill at a incline of 5 and a speed of 3.0 mph.

I was supposed to go to the gym today but my parents were in a car accident on saturday so they hade to go get a rental car, I had no ride. Plus we have an accountant comming over at 8 PM so there was no way I would be able to go.

I should be at the gym tomorrow night.

Cardio: 20 minutes on the stationary bike.
 
Wednesday, Febuary 27,2008.

Was supposed to lift but I chose to go skiing with friends, I'm off to bed soon.

I'm lifting tomorrow. Had a little bit of a cheat but I'll get right back on it tomorrow.
