My ONLY goal = April 2009 Natural Ohio Lakewood NPC

Greetings - this is my first log, the only reason I'm doing it is so I can get some good suggestions.....I've been through the mill these last few months.....finally recovered from a 5 year stint with oxycontin through rehab and went from 230 to 180 in minutes....so, even though I kept training, I was and am weaker than ****.....right now I'm 6'3, 175 and prob. 10%...I go to the gym 7 days a week and do NO CARDIO, until my weight is back.....I train harder than piss 5x a week and 2 days is stretching, calves, abs....its rest days for me, but still like the feeling and release of going everyday....obviously when work says no, I pass on some days but my goal....

I was on HRT, ran out and am awaiting a refilll....so that has helped......my diet is bizarre. I really dont get hungry til after I train, but I am very very clean....cant even remember the last pizza, cookies , cake, etc......its all clean....but come nightime, I sometimes use majry Jane to boost my appetite and thats what gets me going....I feel like ost workout to bed, I eat 10,000 calories.....heres an idea of everything else.
 
DAY 1 - CHEST,ABS
DAY 2 - DELTS, ABS, TRAPS
DAY 3 - BACK, TRAPS
DAY 4 - ARMS
DAY 5 - CHEST / TRIS (IF I DONT DO ARMS THAT WEEK)
DAY 6 DELTS/BIS


Right now, I cant do much in the way of legs but will very shortly....they were so beat up from doing cardio 7x a week while I was intoxicted per se, that my knees are shot. I'll get em back......my only goal right now....stay lean, gain some big mass, and please GOD let me hit that show next April!!

6oz turkey

2 ostrich burger
1/2 apple
1/2 grapefruit
diet dr pepper

ill train at 3:30 with
3 scoops extend
2 scoops white flood
my training will look like this:
FLAT BENCH
X12,X10,6,6,6,10,12

DECLINE BENCH
X12,10,6,6,6,10,12

INC FLYS
3X10

CABLE FLYS
3X10

CLOSE GRIP SMITH
X12,10,6,6,6,10,12

DBELL OVERHEAD
3X10

HAMMER DIPS
3X10

TRIANGLE CABLE
3X10

ILL HAVE A WHEY SHAKE WITH SOME GG WHITESAND SPLENDA AROUND 5PM REST TILL730 AND THEN FEAST ONMY RITUAL NIGHTTIME MEAL

AIR POPCORN
COTTAGE CHEESE
ALMONDS,PEANUTS
1/2LB TURKEY BREAST
LOW SUGAR, LOW CARB PROTEIN BAR
NO SUGAR HOT COCOA
 
good luck man. Hope the knees feel better quickly so you can train legs. squating helps the whole body grow wich it sounds like you need to have happen right now.

Didn't understand the 10,000cal comment. is that your daily intake???

Just curious the title of your thread says natural. I dont know NPC rules, but is their somethingt I dont understand here.
