OK, short intro about myself:

I'm 14 and into powerbuilding. I know alot, but not enough I'm sure. I'm from DeLand. Here's all my stats:

Weight: 170
Height: 5' 10''
Bench: 200
Squat: 215 ATG, 235 Parallel
Deadlift: 360
Arms: 13 3/4
Chest: 42
Thighs: 21 1/2

Goals, by February 26, 2009 -
Weight: 215-220
Bench: ~300
Squat: ~350
Deadlift: ~500
Arms: 14 1/2-15
Chest: 45-47
Thighs: 23-25

Yesterdays Workout:

AM Workout:
Bench - 120X8, 130X6, 145X4, 155X3, 160X2, 165X1, 145X4
Military Press - 105X2,1
CGBP - 120X5,5,3

PM Workout:
Squat - 115X8, 135X8, 155X6, 165X3, 185X1
About 1 foot ROM Squat - 315X1,1 (Going to go down a pin every other week until parallel 315)

Only did 2 workouts in 1 day because I didn't get my bench on Wednesday and I was going back to my moms and I don't have the right equipment to bench or squat heavy.

Those are some impressive numbers at 14. Nice work.

I started lifting at 14, but didn't really learn the basics of putting together a well-rounded routine and proper form on some things like DL and squat. You should make sure that you've got a solid understanding of these things, but it sounds like you already do. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, at first I didn't know anything just did military press, DB Curls and pushups. Got alright size while not eating much, and just ended up very bad. Then I started learning alot and shot up in strength after eating alot and training right. Thanks for the compliment as well.
