Powerbuilding training log.
Just signed up to the site, my numbers are posted in my signature. I've been lifting roughly 9-10 years ever since I first got into high school. Tommorow will be my first workout posted on here.

Max effort day today. Everything was up except flat bench. Dumbell inclines are moving nicely.

Monday Legs
Sprinted saturday so my legs were still a little sore during the day, basically wore off by the time to workout. Numbers were good, I was exhausted after my squat sets, so bad I didn't even do front squats today.
