30 minutes later made breakfast. 7 egg whites. 1 yolk. 1 piece of toast. 1 glass of milk. 2 Syntrax Guggulbolic
3 hours later- 1 can of tuna
3:00- Hit the gym. Chest Day

During: 2 scoops of Xtend
