    I hear ya, but it was a price competative price, and I really want to explore the health benefits of resv as well. I think it should really help with the PCT and just all around better my health, which I've been gambling around with lately just to put on a few lbs of LBM.

    Hammer Strength Pulldowns: 270*12 320*10 360*4 (dropped it down 270 to punch out another 8 reps for that last set)

    Hammer Strength Preacher Curls: 115*15 125*11 100*11(negatives)
    Straight Arm Pulldowns: 30*15 40*15
    Seated Calf Raise: 100*20


    Bodyweight today: 184lbs


    Nippy flare-up seems to be getting under control. If it seems to be ok, I will continue the cycle through next week @ 12mg TST and 30mg Tamoxifene.

    For the first 10 minutes:
    30 seconds @ a resting pace
    30 seconds @ 2300+ kcal/hr

    For the next 10 minutes:
    60 seconds @ 900kcal/hr
    60 seconds @ 1300+kcal/hr

    For the next 5 minutes:
    30 seconds @ a resting pace
    30 seconds @ 2300+ kcal/hr

    For the last 5 minutes:
    1000 kcal/hr

    Afterwards I jumped rope for 15 minutes.

    Measurements:
    Arm: 14" (straight) 15.5" (bent)
    Forearm: 12"
    Calf: 15.75"
    Thigh: 23"
    stomach: 31.5"
    Chest: 43.5"

  12. Went for a 4 miles jog this morning. Felt great.

    I also started 12mg TST this weeked (started on Saturday). One side effect appearred rather quickly, and that is the soon-to-be medical term (coined by Tripdog) of TST-zits.

    TST-zit~noun: distgustingly large and sparse acne which, no matter how hard you squeeze, refuses to pop.

  13. Forgot to say in my last post. Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's subscribed to my thread: PoopyPants, Macedaddy, Chad, BrassMonkey, and anyone else I may have forgot.

    I also wanted to say that I had received some compliments today. My mom was amazed by the size of my traps and shoulders, which have been filling out prett good. (Shoulder's measurements haven't really jumped, but that's also a really hard measurement to take on yourself.)

    Another thing: We all gotta rep EasyEJL because not only did he follow the PMing instructions in my sig, he attached a pic of a REALLY HOT GOAT:

    I think my diet and water rentention are finally stablized where I can eat under control now. TST seems to be having a 'recomp' effect on me because although my strength is still going up, I'm leaning back out. And that's all good, afterall, it's summer and it's fun to sport the 'summer bod'.

  17. Slin pins are in. Will prob do my first injection next Monday. I'm really enjoying the pumps and strength gains from TST. All signs of flare-up have subsided. If nobody has any qualms with it, I think I'm gonna go ahead and do a 6th week of TST.


    Also, Generic Labz is gonna be having me test their product, CissusDrol, during PCT, so I'm gonna be working that in probably run inversely with Tamoxifen and Restore.

    That's what happens when you try to go old school and use one with an actual rope! I've heard the cordless jumpropes are where it's at these days.
