  5. what are you running right this second and what have you been running? have you run some phera at any other point in this cycle?(edit i just read you stopped it on the 11th, BUT....) and what advantage do you think youll see from running it only one week if that is in fact the total amount of time your running it? and if you say qualms again ill castrate you J/k

  6. yeah, screw it. I'm just gonna go straight to PCT tomorrow. I don't have enough TST to run for another week at the same high dosages, and was trying to compensate that with pheraplex, but you're right it's not worth it to attempt pinch out another week with this cycle.

    I hope there's no qua....err...I mean... problems with that :P

    Week 3: 60mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 2 caps Restore, 300mg b6
    Week 4: 30mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 2 caps Restore, 300mg b6
    Week 5: 30mg Tamoxifen Citrate, 300mg Resveratrol, 1 cap restore, 200mg b6

    IGF will be injected immediately postworkout twice per week. Injections will be directly into the penis....*cringes*......I hope you guys understand I'm kidding on that last part

    do you ahve any other bottles of TST? any point in hanging onto 24 pills? why not run that solo till its out? i just didnt see the neccesity for the addition of phera, specially for only a weeks worth.

    dude thats too funny considering i just had my boy circumcised bout a week ago... they use a local and i was just thinking when i saw thm shooting the base of his lil guy how well that would work for an injection site and whoe be crazy enough to try.

    Cardio was a little rough this morning. The guy in the elliptical next to me decided it was necessary to marinate himself in aqua velva before going to the gym. It took a lot of purseverance, but I managed to keep at it for 20 minutes. After that, I hit up my recently repaired jumprope (paperclips work wonders).

    Hack Squat: 3 sets
    Split Squat: 3 sets
    SLDL: 3 sets
    Seated Calf Raise: 1 set

    Shoulders
    DB Military Press/Side Laterals: 4 sets
    Cable Lateral Raises: 3 sets
    DB Rear Delt Lateral Raise: 3 sets
    Standing Calf Raise: 1 set

    Back & Biceps
    Deadlift or Rack Pull: 3 sets
    Long Bar Row: 3 sets
    Machine Pulldowns: 3 sets
    Preacher Curls: 3 sets
    Seated Calf Raise: 1 set

    Chest and tris
    Dips: 3 sets
    Cybex Incline Press: 3 sets
    CG Bench Press/French Curl: 3 sets
    Standing Calf Raise: 1 set

  16. Whew, first IM injection ever! I was so nervous, I could barely hold the needle straight. Aspirated. No blood, pushed down, injected smack dab in the middle of my quads.

    Ok, so leg workout:

  17. 29g, 1inch? shouldn't hurt any more then a light pinch.

    The only problems I've ever had were my triceps. They always seemed to bleed some for some reason.

    1/2" slin pin, if I hadn't watched the needle stick thru my leg, I would've never known it was in. I have some 29's on hand, should I use them instead for IGF?

    you're gonna need 1inch to actually get past the epidermus and into the muscle.

    I am afraid I disagree. Although I prefer a 1" pin, a 1/2" is certainly do-able. I have used 1/2" for suspension without issue.

    Unless you are a fatty, which Sinner certainly is not.

    Quercetin with that Resveratrol?

    I wonder if the Glucophase XR analogues of Quercetin would be more effective than Quercetin at making Resveratrol more orally available?

    29g is so wussy, if I want to be able to penetrate my huge shaft without the needle breaking I need 16ga.

    You think you can get deep enough into your quadricep with a 1/2inch pin? I highly doubt that.
