    Racks/DL's are funny like that.

One day you can rep out heavy weight and bust PR's.. the next time it will feel magnetized to the ground/pins with a lesser weight.

Went to go jump rope after work today, but my muscles were too tired to keep up. So I went for a nice long walk after dinner for about an hour.

    What a slacker.

Random thought occured to me: So what if you are having sex, and you go past the 30 minute mark, I mean, you're probably going to be going catabolic... so you should either get off, or take a break and drink a whey protein shake, maybe some bcaa's, then optionally get back to it.

Just an update for all those who are following:

Superdrol+TST starts tomorrow!!! I'm so excited, this is my first time taking steroids on a cut.

My first week's dosing will go like this:
First thing in the morning: 10mg methyldrol-XT (Superdrol clone by SNS), 2mg TST
    Late afternoon: 4mg TST
I've opted to start with 6mg of TST (instead of 8) since I've never taken it before, but have read the label is underdosed, and results don't hit at the lower dosages.

I am also going to be taking ~2g taurine 2-3x daily (might approach 3x if calf pumps get to me).

My (tentative) diet (starting on Monday) will go like this:
    4am: 2g taurine, 5g BCAA's, 1TBS of my creatine/beta-alanine homebrew (see original post)
During workout: 10g BCAA's mixed in green tea (with RK)
    5:30 Post-workout: 1/2tsp sesathin, 10g BCAA's (or leucine)
7am breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese /w cashews or almonds
10 am breakfast #2: 1.5 can's of chunk-lite with lettuce and lite vinegrette
    1pm lunch: same as breakfast#2
4pm Dinner#1: 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 scoop ATW Whey Protein Blend
6pm Dinner #2: Chicken Breast or Tilapia fillets and green veggies.
    8pm: 5g BCAA's, 1/2tsp sesathin

looks good brotha! and ive found when i stack stuff they tend to work better.... im guessing although underdosed, that stacked with SD the TST should give you SOME results.... and it very androgeic compared to SD's anabolic profile... should mesh well bro... plan to grow while cutting gl bro still following, very interested to see how it goes for you as i got a bottle of tst sittin on tha shelf right now.

Bro, I started dieting the day after Easter (not sure if you were under the impression that I was beginning the cut). I don't own a camera so I can't get pics

I should (however) have some pic's from the contest. It was covered by Bodybuilding.com last year, and should be again this year.
    Here's a link to a pic of me from last year's comp (weighing in @ 154lbs): http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/big/...ow_pics181.jpg

I took 2nd in light-weights division (out of 2, lost to a guy who was 5'0": he was short but BIG). Right now I weight ~172lbs (while Na+ loading), and am hoping to make it in the upper end of the medium-weight class. We shall see, we shall see.

Hey, I actually got off my lazy ass and did some cardio this evening!

    Jumped rope for 25-30 minutes
Did trunk twists for 5 minutes
followed up by 50 mountain climbers

    Take that Emo!

This morning's cardio was back on the Elliptical (I love the ellipticals at this gym!!)

    30 seconds @ 800 Cal/hr
    2 minutes @ 1200+ Cal/hr
    Repeated 4 times

    1 minute @ 800 Cal/hr
    3 minutes @ 1200+ Cal/hr (although some intervals averaged closer to 1300 and 1400)
    repeated 7 times

    7 minutes @ 900 Cal/hr

After that I threw in the f*cking towel. I gotta get some errands run before the cable guy comes today.

Less than 24 hours and the superdrol lethargy has already begun to set in!

At about 8pm, I mustered up the energy to do some evening cardio and jumped some rope for 25 minutes.

I will try and have measurements for you guys sometime tomorrow morning (I forgot to take them today).

You'll be happy to know, (and I know you care immensely) that I've begun to be quite profiecient at jumping rope. My ninja-like agility made me adapt quite quickly.

I just need to learn how to alternate feet now.

    Measurements:
    Left Arm (straight) 13"
    Left Arm (Bent): 15"
Left Arm (Flexed): 15.5" (for kicks and giggles)
    Left Calf: 15.25"
    Left Forearm: 12"
    Left Thigh: 22"
    Chest:43.75"
    Stomach:29.5"
    Shoulders:48.5"

Some measurements are up (i.e. chest and forearm) some remained stagnant, and some dropped. Right now hydration is shooting all over the place so it's kinda hard to guage if it's good or if it's bad.

Slept in a little today some I'm gonna be able to do about 1/2 hour of cardio this morning before church. I'll prob go for another 1/2h-45min later in the afternoon (providing the supderol doesn't make me want to not move).

Didn't have a chance to tell you guys about my Nair experience over the weekend:

The ad says, "Rub on Nair, Rinse off Hair!".......they lie! Apparently Nair for men (yes they make a special male formula, which I'm beginning to believe is just women's nair in a less gay-looking container) was not designed for people with coarse bodyhair. I had to scrub really hard with a scrubby pad to get the hair to come off, and when I was finished, I had clogged up the shower drain

If you ever plan on using Nair in the future, I highly recommend the following protocol:
    1) Apply generously to hairy areas
    2) Scrub off nair using a dry rag
    3) Take a shower

That's what everyone told me would happen (hence my shying away from it in the past) but no itch or burn. I also have very insensitive skin. I've spilled much stronger NaOH (the active in Nair) solutions on myself without burns either.

Nair is definitely the way to go if you've gotta lotta hair to drop: it's tons faster than shaving and no knicks. I remember the first time I ever shaved my legs, it took me an hour and a half.

I may blind people if I shaved my hairy legs. Luckily my chest/back aint hairy.

Jumped rope for 25 minutes last night. I also started capping my new liver support blend (as I'm running low on milk thistle). thesinner's liver support homebrew

    Shoulders and Traps this morning:
    DB Shoulder Press: 60*15 60*14 65*10
    Smith Machine Shoulder Press: 205*12 225*9 225*8
    Glass Side Laterals (negatives): 15*15 20*12 25*10
High Pulley Rear Delt Cross: 40*14 45*12 50*10
DB Trap Raise (negatives): 10*15 15*13
Smith Machine Shrugs (bar in front of me): 405*12 405*15
    Seated Calf Raise: 90*15

My Delts and Traps are throbbing this morning. Those Glass Laterals really seem to pump up the delts well. If you've never tried them, I definitely recommend it

Only been on cycle for 4 days so far (starting it on Saturday). I noticed some nicer pumps in the gym today. I had been feeling a little lethargic these past few days (my guess was from the superdrol), but am feeling good and energetic today for some reason

With ease my friend. The last leg day of my previous (HAVOC) cycle I did 345 for 5 reps. I also weighed in at about 188lbs at the time.

I hate Nair. I'll never use that crap ever again. You may have insensitive skin but for most people it causes them to BLEEEEEEED and if left on for too long it burns like a mofo. It also causes a great deal of subcutaneous water retention, more than shaving, and only lasts very slightly longer.

I personally highly recommend waxing. Get the hair waxed a couple weeks out. It takes like 2 months or more for hair to grow back after waxing. It gives your skin time to heal and the water retention to go away but in the meantime you won't have grown the hair back.

This woman i was with a few years back, was a makeup artist, and she had to make this one actor's torso hairless. So the dumbass smears nair all over him... including his nipples.

Needless to say, he had stinging, bleeding nipples for a good while after that.

Wow, she really was dumb... I forgot about that.

    Cardio today:

    HIIT on the Elliptical:
    1 minute @ 800-900 Cal/hr
    2 minutes @ 1300+ Cal/hr
(done for the first 12 minutes)

    1 minute @ 800-900 Cal/hr
    3 minutes @ 1200+ Cal/hr
    (repeated 7 times)

Then I jumped for 10 minutes after my workout.

That's some interesting HIIT. I figured the rest periods would be inverse to what you have. Longer rest periods, shorter intensity.

I always set my rest periods less than or equal to my spurt periods; otherwise, I tend to burn less calories than doing it constant pace.

    Chest and Tri's today:
    Cybex Incline Bench Machine: 270*15 320*8 320*7
    Incline Smith Press: 275*10 275*10 255*19
    Weighte Dips: 115*12 135*9 135*8
    DB Flyes: 60*15 70*11 75*8
    Overhead Cable Extension: 80*14 90*9 90*9
Over Arm, Rev. Grip Cable Pushdown: 50*15 60*10
    Seated Calf Raise: 90*20
    Thick Bar Wrist Curls/ Reverse Curls(Superset): 95*40/10 95*40/10

Bodyweight Today: 177lbs Hmm, I wonder if the stack is kicking in? Though, this is starting to look kinda eerie, as I don't want to compete heavier than 176lbs (upper limit of middleweight class). Last year, NO ONE was in Light-Heavy, and I feel it would be a waste to compete without having any competition: I'd rather lose in middleweight, than uncontestedly place first in light-heavy.

For cardio this morning, I rollerbladed 4 miles with my Dad (aww how cute). Afterwards, I jumped rope for about 15-20 minutes.

Today starts my lowered sodium intake.

Starting Monday, I will be dosing 20mg superdrol and 8 mg TST.

My lowered sodium diet (starting monday) will look something like this:
    4am pre-workout: 5g BCAA
    During Workout: 10g BCAA
    Post workout: 10g Leucine
    7am breakfast: 2 tilapia filets
    10am breakfast/snack: lean ground turkey/beef
1pm lunch: same as 10am snack
    4pm: 2 tilapia filets or a steak
    6pm: steak
Before bed: 5g BCAA and maybe some almond butter to ease my hunger.

    I'm right hand dominant.

I figure, since my right side isn't noteably larger than the left, the measurements are going to be about the same. It's more difficult to take measurements on myself on the right side (i.e. arms) so I just don't even bother taking them.

gotcha, sounds good, if you feel they are bout eqaul anywho i thought you would just put arms.... putting left made me think there was a specific reason, thanks for explaining for me sounds all good though my man. how much did you weigh in your other contest pics? how do you feel you stack up right now? either way we have very similar measurments (cept for my unequal arms.... right is 17" and left is 15.5") and my wasit is no where near where it used to be so you go tme beat there too... for now.
