messed up situation

Listen I'm 17 broke my wrist and want to know how i can still keep putting pounds on and bulking up without having to go to the gym i need to still work on my chest and arms any suggestions on workouts?i can still do my push-ups on my knuckles and hold onto **** but i have problems gripping free weights. Is their anyway I can just do Different kinds of pushups if i diet right and workout at home?
