    Note:
    Awesome, awesome workout. Very refreshing. I made a PR on Chinups and Power Snatches tonight. I have never got even close to this on Power Snatches. I could have Power Snatched 195-200lbs tonight. I will hit close to 250lbs on full Snatches hopefully by the end of this year. Anyway great workout for sure.

    Tried my sample of the new RPM supplement tonight. The results speak for themselves. My father and I really liked what we felt. Combined with Poseidon will be a great stack.

    Good to hear FabOne! I've been combining RPM with Poseidon for about a week now and have had excellent workouts as well.

    Breakfast- 4 fresh fertile eggs scrambled in butter, 8oz venison burger w/onions, 2 cups of lettuce and mustard greens, 1 raw onion, 1 glass raw milk, 5 liver tabs, 1tbsp cod liver oil

    Lunch- 4oz flat iron steak w/peppers and onions, 1 cup cottage cheese, mixed green salad, 5 liver tablets

    Dinner- 1 Cornish Hen, carrots and onions, fresh garden lettuce and onions with olive oil, 1 cup of chicken broth from the baking, 5 liver tablets

    Workout:

    SSB Squats- 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 335x5
    Military Press- 45x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 185x5
    Chinups- BWx2x5, +10x3, +20x3, +45x5*
    Power Clean- 135x2x5, 155x5, 185x5, 225x5

    Everything was solid. The chinups were really tough for me but this is a PR for me in this. Also the presses were decent. I haven't weighed myself in quite some time but I am guessing this is about bodyweight for 5 reps. Not great but not shabby either.

  9. Uniliver mainly, but I also have some Now foods brand Liver powder that I also take occasionally. After i run out of the Uniliver I will be taking strictly the now foods brand and eating more liver in general.

    Thanks...I have been taking Beverly Internationals Liver tabs off and on for years. I may look into Now's product as it's a bit cheaper and you seem happy with it.

    Workout

    SSB Squats- 320x5x5
    Military Press- 177.5x5,5,5,3+2,3+2*
    Chinups- BW+25lbsx5x5
    Power Snatch- 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 185x5

    Note:

    This was a heavy workout for sure. I had to push press 2 reps on both of my last 2 sets of the Military Presses. I was really pleased with my chinups as they were much stronger than the last workout doing 5x5. I also think on the Power Snatches it will better to do 1x5 rather than 5x5 across at this time as I am pushing the squats extra hard. I will slowly add weight to these in hopes of reaching 200lbs+ for 5 reps by the end of this year.

    Close Grip Bench Press- 245x5x5
    Barbell Rows- 205x5x5

    Note-
    This is a PR on the Deadlifts. I went for a 5th but started trying to hitch it when I got it above my knees so I backed off on it. I'll get 475x5 reps next time around. Great workout and was really pleased with my barbell rows above everything else since this has been a major weak area for me.

    Note:
    Decided to take a break from the Safety Squat Bar tonight and see how the strength transferred over to regular Olympic Style squats. Seems to be going very well, alothough my form was a tad bit awkward, just a slightly different groove. Once I get the groove down I would probably be good for 6-8 reps with 405lbs. The Military Press was tough along with the chinups. I sniffed the top of the bar on the 5th rep on chinups but just couldn't poke my chin above the bar. I also managed something I haven't done in a long time and that was to touch the bar with my sternum on chinups. I actually managed 2 sets of 5 touching low on my sternum with bodyweight, very pleased with that. Anyway another solid one under the old belt!

    Note:
    Big PR on the Front Squat. This was a nice one to put under the old belt. Now, for the bad news. Its time for me to take a break from this workout, 3 full body workouts per week and from logging my workouts for awhile. I just need a break from both for a bit. I am going to rest Thursday and deload for a couple weeks with some really light work and let some of the aches and pains I have heal up before they become injuries and my Dad also needs a break. We'll be continuing on and I'll start a new log in a few months, maybe August-September time frame. Thanks to everyone reading.
