Re-Building THE BEAST, Dr liftalots Road To Glory LOG/Thread
I wanted to get a log to keep track of my gains and to help keep myself motivated, The last couple months have been real trying and have kept me out of the gym. As you might expect my extra muscle without the metance shedded greatly, i was at 220 fairly cut at about 11% BF now for my current stats
Height 5 11
SEX:Plenty,opps mean male.
Goals to get to 230 ripped & cut
To fix my cardio
Problems to overcome
Finding time for the gym
Being more proactive and motivated
Toxic mold posioning
I have been lifting for about 5 years, started back in Jr high and kept with it on and off over the last 5 years due to Mixed Martial Arts which i've been a part of for over 8 years. Which is another motivating factor for me to hit the gym hard.
I've been threw the same motions that everyone else has and have went or wasted money on the fads and in's/out's for better or worse at least i have a strong idea of what works and dos'nt.
Some of the problem's above that i hope to overcome, Well recently after my dumb posioning myself on my birthday by accidently over doing it with Nuero-balance two days later i nearly died when sitting on my couch. Basically i sat down to watch a movie after doing nothing besides helping a friend move and my heart skipped a beat and then went nutz and went up to 240 and bp 160/80 which is far above a safe level. Needless to say i was taken to the hospital and released later. My body fixed it self and i am now waitng to see a cardiologist to figure out what caused this mishap. My two theorys are,(Believe it or not are now what the doctors think are possible)
I hit my chest just at the right time, and caused the erthyma or due to the toxic mold.
Also my other big problem, my room is as i just found out covered in mold around my window seal, which i've been exposed to greatly for 7 months without real knowlodge, aka my last cycle of superdrol how i thought i was ****ting my liver due to excessive itchyness and my doctor who scared me with unreal reports of liver problems. Well i now know why i almost scratched off my skin so many times. I have toxic mold due to blocking off my window with a blanket for a year then taking it down and putting a fan/heat/cooler in. and blowing spores everywhere. Now i need to figure out a way to test the Mold to see how toxic it is, and wether its in my lungs which would explain the rapid loss in cardio.
As far as beating my mental block of weight lifting under what i really can, that will take more time, and i've solved getting more motivated. My big buff friend wants a good work out buddy, so we'll hit the gym hard once i'm 100 %.
As far as supplements that i'll be taking goes, that is up for spectulation. I was hoping to hit a Winny/Mass tabs cycle but i want it to be once i've gotten back into a normal pattern so i can keep my gains, also this was before pretty much having a heart attack. So i need to first uncover the true reason's behind why at 22 my heart went all psyco.
Outside of that its Community college and attempting to get into film school and perhaps trainning for the national guard. +work.
Hopefully this log will serve as a place for me to vent my thoughts and frustrations, while logging alot of diffrent supplements and work out routines, so i again can become the Beast that i used to be and hopefully not die in the process.

Take care of that mold problem, thats really dangerous stuff that can really hurt you or leave you depressed and asthmatic for years. This has some good links about mold if your worried about it check out the causes and symptoms. Nausea

Ok well, time for my first update
I feel like ****, still hung over from last nights festivaties
Didn't drink too much, but smoked enough to get 6 people higher then a kite. At least i ate healthy and used NP cookie mix to curve my munchies.
I've been sticking to my Multivitamin and my heart medication they've stuck me on to lower my Heart Rate back to normal(my normal resting is 60-64 its been over 80 since my attack so they've put me on Cardizem la. Now i'm stuck out of my room intil they get the lab resualts from the company that did a mold inspection. Then its off to my Doctors office to figure out wether or not its in my lungs.
Going nutz stuck in the house, waiting!

I'm going to start natural and get a sturdy workout plan started, which i'll go over in detail. Besides that everything else is just blah, can't wait to get back into MMA class and start film school.

Hey time for a update,
Mold problem is being fixed, i had a mold report done and just as i figured i've been inhaling massive amounts of mold for 8 months. Staying out of my bedroom has done me well. Also finishing up the test's for the cardiologist, so i'll know more about what caused my ticker to wig out on me in 2 weeks.
My lungs still feel like ****, but after researching and thanks to Somewhatgifted, i have in the mail coming a nice stack of things to boost/clean my system.
My weight is finally going up, i'm around 213 again(alot turning to fat) But thats the price of inactivite.
SOON, we're talking next week, i'll be pushing to get myself back into great shape again.
Soon will have up all the supplements that i'll be taking.

Some solid products that other board users swear by (Bioman)
for clearing the lungs are: purest colloids, colloidial silver, and meso silver. Prices range shop around but there is a colloid for a few ailments. Ive never used colloids but the theory is intersting and how do you price out your lungs.

Still not trainning
Sticking to multivitamin plus a few green food type supplements and some Cq.
Every day i'm not exposed to mold is a good day and i feel a bit better. I'm eatting like a horse again, and sleeping well.
2 more days and i'lll be lifting like a champ again. Monday i should start working out again and really ramping the pace up.
Right now i'm just battling with my self, wether to go 5x5 or 10x10.
I used the 10x10 with great results before, basically you start with 1 set of ten at a mediam high range of weight. Then for 8 reps of 10 go medium amount of weight. Followed by a final set of 10 at as much as you can.
Also MOLD update
Had a specialist come in and do air samples/mold samples.
Safe to say i have mold exposer, got the test results back and the mold isnt super toxic, but with the amount/length of exposer its no suprise to my doctor
or the specialist that i got so sick.
Now i'm in the process of cleaning my room and getting things back on track.

I'm back and feeling more badass then ever, Though i haven't been trainning full force yet. I've finally gotten better from all my health aliments that have held me back for the last 8 months.
I am going to start primming my body for my Mega-zol/Mass Tabs cycle.(We'll call it the RIPPER cycle).
The good news,
My mold is gone, my back is getting better from a car accident. Mood has been good and have decided after film school, I'll be joining the United States National Guard. So not only am i using this log to help get in shape for MMA, but now i'm going to be working my but off to get in shape for boot camp.
GOOD TO BE BACK, I'll update my supplements later today, and add some pictures.
I expect my workouts to start very soon, I'm starting kind of slow by going back to Judo/Submission wrestling, from there i'm going to focus on my Boxing/kick boxing and start lifting on a regular basis.
