right now im just starting back up so the first week im going
chest/arms
back/shoulders
off
chest/arms
back/shoulders


but then next week im debating on my old routine of
Chest
back
bi's/tri's
leg
shoulders
off
off

or
chest/triceps/abs
back/traps/biceps
shoulders/abs
legs
off
off
off

or a different variation would be greatly appreciated!
 
Specify what lifts you are doing for each group (e.g. "DB incline press", "preacher curls", etc) and how many sets for each lifts.

The lifts and volume are probably more important than the split itself.
