    ok here we go my log


    Ok I am trying out this workout. Started it on wed. and I have a lot of work cut out for me. I aint gonna lie it was tough on me! I am 5’10 and in between 205 and 210 weight wise right now.

    Wed. 6/21 chest/shoulders/tris
    Flat bb bench- 135 warmup
    225x10
    275x8
    335x4
    365x2
    425x2
    seated military behind neck bb- 135 warmup
    185x8
    225x6
    245x5
    285x2
    shoulder shrugs bb- bar was 1inch above knees at starting position so I got 1rep of RDL’s while shrugging
    135 warmup
    335x10
    515x8
    605x5
    tris- seated hammer strength push downs
    180x10
    270x8
    360x6
    450x5x2
    So that was it and I was fried after that. I had to skip a day do to sons ball game last night but I will do legs back and bis tonight. Will post later

    Thanks buddy. I hope I can gain some stamina pretty soon. I was absolutely spent by the time I got to tris. I am thinking of trying a similar style of workout that beelze is doing. Do you think this alright for me?

    yea, try it out see if it works, tri's dont have to be crazy high weight, it's an assistance excersize, i normally do 2x25 or 1x50 just to get the blood in there

    right around my 3rd set is when I starting working with more effort. I dont stretch very much so sometimes it takes my muscles a while to warm up. I need to start stretching more I think it could make a difference.

    I wanna try heavier weights less reps on the first workout. The second workout maybe not as heavy but more reps. I don’t know I really like going heavy as much as I can. I am going to try and change up a bit on exercises each time I workout. What do you think?

    405x4 (3 sec pauses at parallel)
    455x1 (3 sec pause at parallel)

    Well I dont really think I am that big at all but here is one.
