    Realized my previous personal log was a year old. New personal log.
    I had great success and learned a lot this past year from @The Solution
    Turning 30 next month and just want to continue log and see what changes occur.

    -1 arm lat pulldown (while contracting opposing lat): 50, 55, 55, 55 x 8
    -1 arm bb row: 4x50x8
    -Deadlifts: 135, 185, 205, 225, 275, 295, 315 x 3
    -DB Pullover: 3x55x10
    -Machine Chinups: 40 lbs assisted weight.. 2x wide grip x 8, 2x medium grip x 6, 2x neutral grip x 7
    -Spider Curls: short bb + 10 each side x 10, 10, 10, 5 each side x 10
    -Hammer Curls: 3x17.5x12

    Running 28 days later. Had a great workout and really felt m+m connection. Mr. Olympia Expo on Friday. After this weekend i'll be ramping up calories slowly.

    Lol. I would say you made better progress in the last 2 months. Since you have a good guide. You will only get better.

    Hey! It has been a while since iíve seen your around the threads. Iím really low in cals and carbs right now, but Solution has given me suggestions and iíll be back on track after this weekend and ramp myself to maintenance calories.

    Note: All weight is in pounds (lbs). ď/ď represents super-set. "*" is a drop set

    -Hammer strength press: 25x8, 30x8, 35x8, 45x8, 4x55x8 (each side)
    -BB bench: 4x135x8 (1-2 sec pause 2-3 inches before hitting chest then lower to chest and drive up)
    -hammer db flys: 4x30x10
    -bent over db raises: 4x12.5x20
    -db lateral raises: 4x10x15
    -front db raises: 4x10x12
    -hanging leg raises/ rope crunch: x8/50x8, x8/65x8, x8/65x8
    -standing smith calf raises: 70x10, 10sec hold repeat 2 more times. 70x10, 2x60x10 (all sets with same style, weight it added each side of smith)

    Continue building. If PRs come they come but not focused on that anymore. I enjoy tempo work far better and chasing the pump

    -45deg leg press: 6 plates warm ups, 8 plates warm up, 8x12, 4x7platesx15
    -Bb stiff leg DL: 165,165,155,155 x 10
    Seated leg press calf: 200,220,220 x 10 (last set drop 50% 10x10sec hold 2 rounds in a row)

    -Incline bb press: 115, 125, 135, 135 (reps of 6)
    -BB bench: 135, 135, 135,135 (reps of 6)
    -stretch pushups: x12, x8, x10 (failure)
    -smith shoulder: 35 each side, 35,35 (reps of 10)
    -reverse machine fly: 85, 85,85 (reps of 20, 15 sec isohold at end of each set)
    -6 ways: 7.5,7.5,7.5 each hand(reps of 10)

    This workout felt great. The stretch pushups in particular and the reverse flys wrecked me. Weight hasnít changed much 181lbs. Calories are back up to ~2,000.
