Need a little help with my lifting, used to lift in high school but its a while back really rusty, this is what I'm doing right now,

Incline 3 sets of 10

Decline 3 sets of 10

Bench 3 set of 10

And the rest of my lifting the same kinda like burn outs only on Mondays, wenesdays, Friday,, Tuesdays and Thursdays cardio what do y'all think if y'all have something that will work better let me know I'm tryna bulk up thanks guys for any info
