So yesterday I did a little different back workout. Usually I do either 3set of 10 or 5 sets of 5. This time my buddy convinced me to do 4 sets of 10,8,6,6. Seemed to be a good lift:

Dead lifts:
225 for 10
275 for 8
315 for 6
315 for 6

lat pull downs:
140 for 10
165 for 8
180 for 6
180 for 6

seated rows:
120 for 10
135 for 8
150 for 6
150 for 6

reverse grip bent over rows:
135 for 10
155 for 8
185 for 6
185 for 6

Finished with some abs (since it is beach season)

Felt great. Cant wait to hit back again!!!!
