Endurance BCAA's journey log!

This is my first log ever and what not! I'm logging Endurance by Formutech Nutrition. I would like to thank 02sixxer for giving me this opportunity. I hope you guys like it! And if y'all have any questions feel free to ask!

And I was going to start this yesterday but due to conflicts with work I couldn't, so today is the day!

Here was my workout for today, nothing to harsh but it got the blood pumping.

Breakfast: 4oz of chicken breast, 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/a touch of cinnamon, 1 banana.

Intra workout: Endurance BCAA's plus

Workout;

30minutes of cardio
Push-ups (3 sets of 10) for warmup.

Bench press
165x8
175x6
185x5
190x4
215x2
220x1 (pr)

Incline bench press
130x6
145x4
155x3
165x2
170x1 (pr)

Biceps curls
5 sets of 15 w/ 35 lbs dumbbell

Shrugs (barbell)
225x10
315x10
405x6
450x4
495x2
500x1

10 minutes of cardio for a little cool down
 
Leg day!!

Started with 15 minutes of cardio to warm up

Squat (barbell)
5x135
5x155
3x200
2x220
1x270

Super Cat Squat machine
10x200

1x450

(There was about a 10 minute break between both exercises and a small one to two minute break between each set)

Half mile run for cool down.

I am looking to max out on squat next Tuesday.
