Alright so I'm 18 weighing 199.
Leg Slide: 490
(Haven't remaxed for 6 weeks or so)
So what I'm trying to do is I want to cut my weight down to 180, I want to be just pure muscle at 180 though, once I hit that weight I plan on putting back on another 10 pounds in muscle. I want to play football for a leauge and I want to continue to play Fullback and Outside Linebacker a long with Judo in the 190 weight division. I plan on getting more information on here as soon as I can but for right now here's a little more back ground info: I work at a gym so I have a free membership and get 50% off my supplements and complete nutrition. I have stacked up on any supplements right now, all I'm taking is protein and creatine monohydrate. My diet is alright but I suck and counting calories and macros, I'm looking to build strength, not tone or cut as much, I want to be quick and strong. So my goals currently are to be able to jog 3 miles without falling to the ground dead, right now I'm up to 1.5 miles after doing a circuit of 7 minutes on the stair master, eliptical, and bike. I want my bench to be up to at least 250 by september, my squat is way higher than that I'm just not use to bare bar squating, my incline is pitiful I know I hurt my shoulder doing incline a while back and it still hurts on occasions when I do my incline so I'm always afraid to incline. I normally do dumbbell incline instead. I'm doing way more on my leg slide I just haven't really figured my max on it yet. So starting tomorrow I'm going to start logging more about my diet and specific weight lifting and cardio that I'm doing.
Today was Chest and Tri's
Bench: 135x5 145x5 155x5 160x3
Incline: 95x 10 105x10 115x 10
Dumbbell Bench: 40x 10 40x10 45x10
Cable preacher flies: 10x20 15x10 5x30 10x10
Tri pull down: 10x10 15x10 20x10 25x10 30x10 35x5 42.5x5 50x5
Tri Extension: 25x10 30x10 35x10
I didn't get my cardio in before I had to shower off and get ready for work so I still need to find time to do that...
If you have any advice I'm all open for ideas, comments, anything that'll benefit me.
