  1. So I figured throw a log and get all the help I can get for my June 8th contest and a place to reference my lifts
    I will weight my self this week.
    I need to get to 150lbs by then and keep my bf at 7%.

    I have been lifting every day now for few months and feel awesome. I will keep doing that since I don't feel burnt out at all.

  3. I killed my back. 10 sets of bent over cable row at 10 reps. 2 sets of straight cable pull down at 60 /70/80 I can already feel it as I'm typing. Shrugged the shoulder press machine for 12 reps 3 sets 3 set of up right rows each hand 70 for 12 3 Sets.

  4. Killed my shoulders today. Trying a new mid work out amino from skip la Cours line. Not a bad taste at all. Infant it's right up there with modern bcaa + water melon in taste. I got it on sale. Also adding CLA and zma too.
    3 sets of 70lb shoulder machine press each hand 8 reps. Maxed it out for 3 more Sets both hands. Cable side lateral 3 sets 30lbs rear delt 3 sets 40lbs 8 reps. Pump set 7x15 machine press. Loved my workout today. Ran out of jacked micro

    Ab roller for 3x20
    Leg lift 3 x12
    Ab roller hold 3x12 10 second holds
    Machine chest press each hAnd. 80x12x3
    Machine chest press 190x3x12
    Fly 12x3
    Dips 15x7

  8. So I'm really liking the CLA for energy. I take it First thing in the morning with my meal. I'm wondering how much I could take.

    Liking this bcaA mix. Good flavor. Two thumbs up to skip la Cour. I got a good deal on it and wanted to see if any pro that makes product was any good since usually it's just hype and to be honest this is a really good bcaA product.

  11. My abs hurt so badly. Killed the gym yesterday. Switched my Zma to night. Like the vivid dreams from it.

  12. This week I added more amino acid tablets in to to my diet and started more cardio one hour at night.

  13. Today was my shoulder boulder day. Nothing new in my diet. Killed it very hard.
    I did go as heavy as I could and felt very strong.
    I just ran out of compound 20 and prime. Thinking of picking more up.
