I am not that experienced at logging. At lifting I am not a teen prodigy, but I believe I am
building a solid base for future. I am going to try to update this as much as I can with my workouts, pictures and videos. I welcome advice and criticisms. Thanks everybody!

Yesterday's weight was 190.1. Today is chest and tris! Ill try to get some video in!

So long story short, I got sick and than got heathly again. Over that time, I just kinda fell out of sink of uploading my workouts! This time I am going to stick with it here. if not, it didn't seem like anyone missed me last time hahahha!

My supps I am taking now. 4 fish oil a day, a multi, 4 BCAAs caps and 5 grams of creatine.

Dang you're strong kid. Makes me feel old. Oh, wait a minute.... Seriously you're doing really well. I pay attention when I'm at the gym and you're probably stronger than most 30 year old guys I see in there.

Look up on YouTube "So you think you can bench" I garuntee with proper technique your numbers will go up without even trying hard.
I have watched it and the squat one too. I learned to arch my back and drive with my feet with it. There is always things a person can't see themselves, any technical flaws you see?

I only could pull out a short run today because of unforeseen circumstances!! Will be coming back at it hard Thursday for squat day!!
