I am in need of a new arm workout routine. I am currently bulking
my current arm workout is
3 sets of weighted pull ups
3 sets of weighted dips
10 sets of curls with ez curl bar (helps build stamina)
10 sets of skull crushers
10 sets of dumbbell curls
3 sets of triangle push-ups til failure
I found this very successful but I am beginning to plateau
Suggestions??
