Not feeling the squeeze in biceps and minimal growth

Okay so I've been training around a year now and it's came to my attention that out of all muscle groups my biceps are lacking! When I work them I just can't feel the squeeze, I've tried flexing, pinching, holding them, I can't feel it? Annoying as they are lagging behind and are the most visible muscle, any help bros?

Mind and muscle generation sometimes takes a while to get it down. Have you tried facing a mirror and looking at your bicep when performing the movement?
