  1. Hey everybody what's up? Yesterday was an off day and today is Quads! Using the FormXT by LG Sciences right now after my 1Andro and M1D Andro run and all is going well. Here's the routine.
    1: Leg ext-3)20
    2: Leg Press-4)12
    3: Squats-4)6-10
    4: Lunges-3)8
    5: Leg ext heavy-4)10
    Well not a long routine but if you go hard it's plenty to tear up those Quads! Have a great day all!

  2. Hey! What's up?? Today was Hamstrings/calves I think I'm gonna move this routine to another day cause I was still sore from Quad day so I figure it out but any way here what I did today...
    1: lying leg curl-6)12 140lbs
    2: SLDL-3)10 225lbs
    3: Single leg hamstring curl-3)12 70lbs
    4: Leg press-3)12 270lbs
    5: Standing calf-4)10 225lbs
    6: seated calf-3)10 110lbs

    Just using Formxt right now but all my strength and energy is still great I look forward to another run in April.

  4. So my last post I said was back day haha! It was shoulders/triceps/traps/Abs sorry about that yesterday was back and here's the routine.
    1: Widegrip Pulldowns-3)10 200lbs
    2: DB Rows-3)10 120lbs
    3: Bentover Rows-4)10 235lbs
    4: Deadlifts-3)12 325lbs
    5: T-Bar Rows-3)10 200lbs
    6: Behind Neck Pulldowns-3)10 160lbs
    7: Seated Rows-3)10 240lbs
    8: Hyperextensions-3)10 machine.
    Like I said before using Formxt right now and all is going well I feel last months gains have really helped me to become more of the person I striving to be can't wait till April to run another stack.

    Yes I am this new line is awesome bro you gotta try it out. Last month I went up in basically all my lifts between 5-20 lbs check it out any Q's let me know!

  10. well i know i havent put up my routine in the last couple days but i'll get back on track monday. this new andro line is awesome i love the results i am getting. i stacked the 1-andro,m1dandro,and finished off with the formxt actually i am still on the formxt now and still weightroom wreckin haha.

So I got a hold of a great friend of mine who is a personal trainer and asked him to write me up a routine that I could start Monday with the stack I'm gonna be running and he said yes so that's the routine you will be seeing in the post to come I have no idea what it's gonna look like so I'm really excited gonna meet with him tomorrow and talk and move forward with it so be on the lookout gonna be posting it and supp stack.

    No not really I want to bulk 1more month but my buddy knows his stuff so I wanna see where he wants me to go. Spring is here so cutting is not far away.

    Cool! I received my 1ad and 1md yesterday so I'm ready. I read some other threads with the epi. What's stackable? Meaning with this new line, epi ad and md. I know my goal is to add muscle and lean out. Just hope I got the right combo

    Yes 1andro,m1dando,and epi can be stacked together that's the stack that myself and another rep are gonna run together and do a log on it.

    That's good to know, Im in for this ride as well. Oh and I had to bite off your workouts you posted. Mean dogg! Meannnnn! Nice change up from my regular routine. I'm a superset type dude!!

  18. Ok here is my new routine today was Quads/Abs
    First off warm up 3 sets of leg ext. for 20-30 reps!
    1: Squats
    Set 1-10-15 reps 405lbs
    Set 2- 6-8 reps 410lbs
    Set 3- 2 reps 420lbs
    2: Leg press
    Set 1-10-15 wide 630lbs
    Set 2-10-15 close 630lbs
    Set 3-5 wide heavy 720lbs
    Set 4-20 reps close 350
    3: lunges
    Set 1 no weight walk all the way across gym
    Set 2 40lb walk all the way across gym
    Set 3 80lb walk all the way across gym
    4: Leg ext.
    Set 1 8 reps 220lbs
    Set2 30 reps 70lbs
    Set 3 12 reps 205lbs
    Set 4 100 reps 55lbs yes you will have to rest but make it brief.
    5: Abs
    Crunches 3 sets 25 rep
    Ab machine 3 set 10 rep

    That's it hope you give it a try it kicked my arse today!

  19. Today was chest/traps.
    10 min warm up on treadmill 3.2 speed 4.5 incline.
    1: Flat Bench
    Set 1)15-18 reps 225lbs
    Set 2)6-8 reps 275lbs
    Set 3)1 rep 315lbs I got this 2 so time to up weight.
    2: incline chest press DB
    Set 1)15-20 70lbs
    Set 2)10-12 80lbs
    Set3)6-8 90lbs
    Set4)6 110lbs
    3: chest press machine
    Set 1)10 reps rest 10 more 115lbs
    Set 2) 15 reps rest 8 more 125
    Set 3) 2 heavy reps 235lbs so I'm gonna up my first two sets next week.
    4: Cable crossover
    Set 1)10-15 50lbs
    Set 2)10-12 70lbs
    Set 3)30 40lbs
    5: Decline bench
    Set 1)5 reps 225lbs
    Set 2)2 reps 275lbs
    Set 3)1 rep 285lbs
    6: DB Shrugs
    Set 1)20-30 reps 70lbs
    Set 2)40-50 reps 70lbs will bump first set up next week
    Set 3)12-15 reps 100lbs
    Set 4)10 reps 120lbs
    7: Barbell Shrugs
    Set 1)10 reps 315lbs
    Set 2)6-8 405lbs
    Set 3)10 315lbs I can go heavier so next week I will like 325lbs on 1/3 sets and then 420 set 2.

    Well that was today's routine it was awesome all the way through LG's preworkout Epic is awesome you all got to try it. And the 1-ANDRO is awesome as well my strength is amazing right now check it out today everybody.

    That's my back day it's awesome the 1-ANDRO and M1Dandro stack is awesome the strength and gains are great also epic is a great preworkout try this routine out its awesome!

  21. 250lbs military presses for 8-12 reps is crazy strong. Sounds like your overhead pressing is almost as strong as your bench. Rare but I knew another guy like that once.

    Yeah bro it's a tough 8 but I get it. Today I benched 325 for reps it was an awesome feeling. Thanks for the comment on this log! Be posting again tomorrow.
