What's up guys I'm gonna be putting my workout and supplements in this thread and my stats since its the middle almost end of week I will start fresh Monday. I'm thinking I will do diet as well. Look forward to posting this info and the progress I have using the NEW Andro series from LG.

Ok GM all well this is about a week now using 1Andro,M1DAndro, and I feel great and strength is up my mood this morn before workout is great I'm about 202 lbs right now I want to be 230. Alright here's Mondays routine: 1: DB Incline Press-4)10-12

What's up guys? Today I'm hitting Back! I love working out back cause I can go heavy,just don't like how it's 1of the hardest to build. Any way here is my back routine.
1: Pull-ups-3)10-12
2: T-Bar Rows-4)10-12 180lbs
3: Bentover Rows-4-10-12 225lbs
4: One Arm DB Rows-3)10-12 120lbs
5: Straight Arm Pulldowns-7)12 70lbs

Look forward to see weight increase the New 1 Androstenolone and M1D Andro really have helped me in strength by months end the results should be awesome! Have an awesome day all and lift HEAVY!!

Today is Leg Day! Even though by the time I'm done I hurt real bad I love Leg Day. So let me show you what my Leg Day looks like. Also just wanted to say the new 1Androstenolone is awesome noticing my weight on lifts going up also stacked with M1D Andro it's a great Bulking stack!

1: Leg Ext.-4)8-12 190lbs
2: Front Squats-4)10-12 225lbs
3: Leg Press-3)10-12 810lbs

This routine really kicks my butt, by the time I'm done with it a post meal is needed bad. Well time for me to go kill it!

Well today is Shoulders and Calves! Man I can't believe my strength gains I feel using 1 Androstenolone and M1D Andro! All my lifts have went up and so have reps, also love using the Epic preworkout all of these awesome LG Sciences products are awesome. Well here's today's routine!
1: Military Press-4)8-12 250lbs
2: DB Press-3)8-12 100lbs
3: Side Lat Raise-3)8-12 45lbs
4: Reverse Peckdeck-4)8-12 160 lbs
5: EZ Bar pull to Neck-4)8-12 150lbs

Love doing this routine also like doing the calves on this day instead of in leg day it gives me the opportunity to really focus on the calf. Also while doing calves I change my foot placement between 10&2 o'clock to hit inner&outer! Have an awesome day all!!

Today is arms little pressed for time so I'm gonna jump right to the routine!

2: Skullcrushers-4)8-12 120lbs
3: Cable Pushdowns-4)8-12 110
4: BB Curls-4)8-12 100lbs
5: DB Curls-3)8-12 50lbs
6: Concentration Curls-3)8-12 45lbs
7: Hammer Curls-3)8-12 55lbs

Might not look like a lot but if you keep the intensity high its a great workout. Also a good warmup to start routine and a warmup going into biceps is a must, but I'm sure you all already knew that! Ok so the last two days were rest days for me and they felt great. I was pretty beat up from the weeks workouts and work. So today is Back/Hams Day so here's the routine.

Love this routine with splitting up legs. LGSCIENCES Supplements are awesome the new 1Androstenolone and M1DAndro stack great together to help me out on good quality MASS. The preworkout Epic by LGSCIENCES rock too! Have an awesome day all.

What's up everyone today is Chest/Abs! Well most the time I do my Abs first cause it gets my blood going and I kinda use it as a warm-up. So really it's up to you. Lets checkout the routine!
1: Incline BB Press-4)8-12 230lbs
2: Incline DB Press-3)8-12 110lbs
3: Incline DB Press-3)8-12 110lbs
4: Dips (weighted)-3)8-12
5: Crunches-4)20
6: Reverse Crunch-4)20
On the incline bench I move the bench at three different levels 45',30',20' really puts a good focus on the pecs. Try it sometime. I hope you all have an awesome day/workout and remember the only bad workout is the one you never started!

Awesome bro!I recommend Epic by LG for your preworkout the stuff is amazing! What I would do really is order finish off your stuff now and start Andro clean. That way you know what's up!!

Can't wait to go this month as well on my bulk then start cutting like crazy. I highly recommend the 1Androstenolone and M1DAndro for a bulking stack.

Hey everybody what's up? Yesterday was an off day and today is Quads! Using the FormXT by LG Sciences right now after my 1Andro and M1D Andro run and all is going well. Here's the routine.

well i know i havent put up my routine in the last couple days but i'll get back on track monday. this new andro line is awesome i love the results i am getting. i stacked the 1-andro,m1dandro,and finished off with the formxt actually i am still on the formxt now and still weightroom wreckin haha.

So I got a hold of a great friend of mine who is a personal trainer and asked him to write me up a routine that I could start Monday with the stack I'm gonna be running and he said yes so that's the routine you will be seeing in the post to come I have no idea what it's gonna look like so I'm really excited gonna meet with him tomorrow and talk and move forward with it so be on the lookout gonna be posting it and supp stack.

Cool! I received my 1ad and 1md yesterday so I'm ready. I read some other threads with the epi. What's stackable? Meaning with this new line, epi ad and md. I know my goal is to add muscle and lean out. Just hope I got the right combo

Yes 1andro,m1dando,and epi can be stacked together that's the stack that myself and another rep are gonna run together and do a log on it.

First off warm up 3 sets of leg ext. for 20-30 reps!
1: Squats
Set 1-10-15 reps 405lbs
Set 2- 6-8 reps 410lbs
Set 3- 2 reps 420lbs
2: Leg press
Set 1-10-15 wide 630lbs
Set 2-10-15 close 630lbs
Set 3-5 wide heavy 720lbs
Set 4-20 reps close 350
3: lunges
Set 1 no weight walk all the way across gym
Set 2 40lb walk all the way across gym
Set 3 80lb walk all the way across gym
4: Leg ext.
Set 1 8 reps 220lbs
Set2 30 reps 70lbs
Set 3 12 reps 205lbs
Set 4 100 reps 55lbs yes you will have to rest but make it brief.
5: Abs
Crunches 3 sets 25 rep
Ab machine 3 set 10 rep

That's it hope you give it a try it kicked my arse today!

250lbs military presses for 8-12 reps is crazy strong. Sounds like your overhead pressing is almost as strong as your bench. Rare but I knew another guy like that once.

Yeah bro it's a tough 8 but I get it. Today I benched 325 for reps it was an awesome feeling. Thanks for the comment on this log! Be posting again tomorrow.
