This log will track my workouts and be a source for people's advice and criticism for my workout.
A bit about me. I'm 18, about 171 pounds, and idk exactly how tall I am but about 5'10". If some one can tell me how to figure out what my bf% is then ill post that. Otherwise ill just post a pic on request. I used to workout for about a year and stopped about September with school. My goal is to drop below 160 and pack on Some muscle I the way.
Today was the first time I've been the gym in a few months so plz dont laugh lol. My workout:
Weight x sets x reps
Dumbbell curls: 25x10 27.5x8 25x8
Squat: 135x3x10
Bent over barbell row: 95x3x10 (last 2 sets with pretty bad form)
Standing calf raises: 135x10 160x10 160x10
Bench press: 85x10 95x10 95x10
Oh and i don't take much supps. I have a half full tub of MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Hardcore (25g protein per scoop) from the summer that I'm gonna finish. I'm thinking to get a pre-workout. Any recommendations?
That's about it for today. I know my workout is not balanced but that's kinda all I could come up with. If anyone can critique it that would be great. Any overall advice is very appreciated too.
